Located in the beautiful village setting of Tala, Persephone Villa is just a ‘stone throw’ from the Village square with its variety of Bars, Tavernas and Restaurants. The property is nicely appointed with direct access to the main bus route from Tala to Kato Paphos. Persephone is one of eleven properties nestled around the communal but private pool. With panoramic views of the Paphos & Coral Bay Coastlines, this property boasts its own ‘Private’ Roof Terrance, nicely screened and a ‘sun trap’ throughout the day. From the fully equipped kitchen, there is a further balcony with table & comfortable chairs to enjoy breakfast or your favourite cocktail! Again with sea views of the coastline but an area that can be shaded in which to settle back & relax. With an additional ‘Shaded’ Patio area, this is a fantastic property for outside living! The Living Area is open plan with comfortable seating, giving the ‘home from home’ feeling. With two Patio doors leading out to the balcony & with direct access to the pool this is a very convenient and hospitable holiday home. Downstairs are both bedrooms, sizable with plenty of storage. The Master boasting a large 'Super' King Size bed with the second a comfortable King. Both rooms access the shaded Patio Area for morning breakfast or coffee! The family bathroom is located here also with shower over bath and all towels (including beach towels) are included. On the ground floor is also located a Shower room with toilet.

Persephone benefits fully with Air-Conditioning units in each bedroom however the introduction of ceiling fans really does make the property airy with good circulation throughout. With the addition of Solar Reflective Fly Screens to each of the windows and patio doors, you can rest assured that the property is free of pests and ‘biting’ insects to mar your holiday enjoyment. The accommodation includes a decent sized TV with ‘Clearstream’ offering a vast array of TV channels from both the UK & Europe together with a comprehensive Movie Library to cater across the generations!

I am a former Police Supervisor with Thames Valley Police. After completing 34 years Police & Army (Police) service, I retired to the sun to manage my own properties in Regina Gardens (Tomb of the Kings) which I purchased with my partner, David in 2005 & 2007 respectively. Our Holiday rentals became so popular that other owners asked us to manage & rent their properties to short term holiday makers. We formed our own business Apollo Rentals in order to do this and have not looked back since. David & I certainly enjoy what he have set up and take a great deal of satisfaction & pride in both our properties and those that we now now manage. It is certainly our pleasure to welcome our guests to Paphos and watching them & their families have a relaxed, stress-free & chilled out holiday. It is our joint philosophy to provide high end, high standard, fully equipped Self-Catering accommodation with the service & information to provide a first class holiday experience at competitive prices. David & I take immense pleasure in what we do and very happy to provide a personal but not intrusive service to all of our guests. Many of our guests are of retirement years and from feedback received and the reviews provided on both this site and Trip Advisor, the security and service provided goes a very long way, bringing our guests back to Apollo Rentals, Paphos year after year. Why Steve Johnston chose Paphos & Suburbs

We have moved to Tala and now enjoy a very 'laid back' and relaxed lifestyle away from the hub of Paphos. Tala, with its lovely village square is the perfect place to relax, chill and to allow the world go by. We were offered Persephone Villa/ Maisonette on recommendation fro friends. Only being round the corner to where we now live, it seemed the perfect property to add to our portfolio. With panoramic sea views of the Paphos & Coral Bay coastline from the 'private' and spacious Roof Terrace and balcony this really is the perfect location for 'sun lovers'. The property has many virtues which attracted us to want to offer it to guests: Firstly is has direct access to a beautifully kept & maintained swimming pool (you can actually step off your own balcony onto the pool tiled surround!) and second the accommodation is spacious, comfortable and a real 'home from home'. Already mentioned is the Private Roof Terrace, but add to that comfortable seating on the balcony and also a shaded dining area on the ground floor this property has surely everything to really enjoy a chilled out break. Please see the accompanying photos to see the views and areas for outdoor living! Finally, you are but a walking distance of Tala Square (about 100m) in which to enjoy a light lunch and drinks at the very popular Mario's Taverna or dinner at either the Bistro or Melitzia Restaurants. Also down the road (about 250m) is the Casa Luna Restaurant, another favourite of ourselves, guests and locals alike in which a car is not needed or required. This is all about a relaxed and carefree holiday. Come see for yourself, I am confident that you will not be disappointed!

What makes this villa unique

Not withstanding the above, this property has free WI-fi and Internet streamed TV via 'clearstream', offering a number of UK Freeview channels, foreign TV channels and a vast array of movies both old a new. A grocery Welcome Pack is offered as standard: Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Bottled Water, Bread, Butter, Preserve, Juice & a complimentary bottle of wine to settle you in. The property itself does offer a number of comfortable additions: Air-Con in both bedrooms with the Ceiling fans in all rooms. Shutters on both bedroom windows & patio doors for those extremely hot & humid periods and 'Fly screens' to all windows & Patio doors to keep the insects out! We also provide Beach Towels to use on the Terrace or by the beach (just something less to pack!) in addition to the towels provided for your stay. All linen & towels are changed once a week, for those staying longer than 7 days) and professionally laundered at our local launderette. As optional extras to your holiday package we offer 'Meet & Greet' at your arrival airport with transfers to & from the property. David is a trained Chef and so we offer 'freshly prepared' hot meals to be available for your first evening at them property together with a bottle of the local wine! To give 'peace of mind' we further offer a 24 Emergency Call out to all of our guests for any maintenance issues or for personal medical & dental issues during the holiday using local professionals. Finally, we give a full introduction to the property on arrival with a 'follow-up; visit the morning after to answer any questions, provide advice & suggestions to further enhance your stay. An Information Folder is also available to guide you through the property, the complex, Tala Village, Paphos incorporating Places to Visit and recommended places to eat and relax! All in all - a first class Apollo Rentals service to all our guests to Persephone Villa.

Tala Village is a beautiful location very popular with British ex-pats living & holidaying in Paphos. With a number of Bars, Tavernas & Restaurants, all with 'lower prices' than the main Tourist areas this is a charming place to relax, chill and enjoy a peaceful holiday but still with the option to visit the main hub of Paphos & Coral Bay.
