Estrela do Mar is made up of two quaint fishermen townhouses located in the centre of the old village of Salema. Maintaining the existing typical structural design, the two buildings have been merged to create an original complex made up of two annexes, allowing for a family of four or two couples to enjoy the typical village life, right on the beach. Estrela do Mar has direct access to the sandy beach right in front.

Ground Floor: Hall, fully equipped kitchen with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pantry/laundry with washing machine; elevator connecting the entrance level and the first floor, small staircase leading to a bedroom with large double bed, with flat screen TV and en-suite shower room.

First floor: Master bedroom with absolutely stunning views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean right in front, with king size bed, flat screen TV, en-suite shower room, electric curtains. Access to the rooftop terrace of House Nr. 2 is via a glass bridge. The terrace features barbecue, table and chairs for four people, sun beds and sunshade, offering a spectacular setting overlooking the beach.

Fully facing the beach (only 3 meters apart), it has outstanding views of the beach in front and allows for comfortable living. It features a smallkitchen equipped with freezer and coffee machine. Open space dining and living room, dining area with table and chairs for six people, large living room with flat screen TV, electric blinds and curtains. There is also a WC.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations until 30 days before the arrival dates – 50% of the total stay will be charged;
- Cancellations 30 days or less before the arrival – the total stay will be charged;
- No Shows – the already paid amount for the total stay will be kept, no refund will take place;
- No refund will be given in case of earlier departure;
- Changes on the dates are always subject to our availability;
- Increase of occupancy or changes related to the number of people occupying the villa will be accepted, if the maximum capacity of the villa is respected(information on the top of the page);
- If eventually the guests invite someone to stay over in the villa, we shall be immediately informed, in order to avoid penalties.

Supplements/Extra costs:
• 200€ for each extra cleaning required
• 50€ per extra bed per stay

- The prices are per night, per property, for the indicated occupancy (with the existing bedding) and for a minimum stay of 7 nights, except from the 01st. August to the 15th. August, which requires a minimum stay of 14 nights;
- The prices include VAT;
- During July and August, all arrivals must be on Saturday, with check in from 4pm and check out until 10am;
- The prices include cleaning service twice a week, with changing of towels and linen, electricity, gas, tap water consume and pool maintenance twice a week;
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villas/house;

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
