Excellent Value 2 bedroom Pool & Sea View Apt in centre of Paphos

"Iris Village" is located in the heart of Kato Paphos and is a firm favourite with both regular visitors to Paphos and permanent residents. This project is a Mediterranean paradise with 2 large gorgeous pools, each with Jacuzzi and water cascade overflow from the top level pool to the lower level pool. There is a separate children's pool with water fountain to keep the little ones entertained all day. There is also a 3rd separate quiet area swimming pool. All pools have paved areas around them with sun loungers and umbrellas. This is the ideal place to relax. The magnificent well kept gardens and private grounds have green lawns, cypresses, olive trees and flowering shrubs everywhere which is conducive to relaxation and rest from the bustle of city life to give you a lovely calm relaxing holiday.

In the gardens there are also Grapefruit and Mandarine orchards for you to pick and make your own fresh juice for FREE.

24 Hour Security patrols, safe car parking and coded security entrance barriers.

In the harbour and on the seafront in Kato Paphos there are lots of cafes and restaurants, banks and supermarkets - all just a few minutes away, as well as the sand Pafos Beaches, Paphos Mall, the World Heritage Ancient Centre, Paphos Castle, Tomb of the Kings and all the other attractions of Paphos and this beautiful region, all are an easy walk away from Iris Village Complex.

There are 4 international Golf Courses within 10-15 minutes drive. Coral Bay Tourist Area is only 12-15 minutes away.

Only 200 meters from the complex are two Mini Market who work from 6 am until late at night and the very popular local Fruit & Veg Market , where all the locals go to but the best fresh produce , is only a few minutes walk away.

A Hire Car is a bonus whilst staying in this area, but its not essential, as most things are within walking distance. There is a very good Public Bus Service and the local bus stops throughout the day just outside the complex. From Iris Village to the harbour - One-way ticket 2 euro and only 3 euros return. Subscribe for a week ticket for only €15 euros.

Great vocation in Kato Pafos(отл.отдых вКАтоПафос)

Отдыхали с 8 июля по 9 августа. Отличные апартаменты для семьи с одним либо двумя детьми. Две небольшие спальни, и приличных размеров студия, совмещенная с кухней. Два балкона, один из которых достаточный для того, чтобы за столом спокойно разместились 4-5 человек. Окна выходят на бассейн, что практически исключает шум от машин.

Нормального размера санузел с полноценной ванной. Везде кондиционеры + потолочная вентиляция.

Комплекс PAFILIA расположен в престижном районе Пафоса Universal высокого уровня с двумя огромными бассейнами, которые находятся на разных уровнях, что дает возможность свободно разместиться всем желающим. Глубина абсолютно разная до 1.80 в самом глубоком месте. Есть «лягушатник» для маленьких деток. Можно купаться в любое время, никто не запрещает, хотя lifeguard присутствуют в дневное время.

Недалеко небольшой частный магазинчик – минут 5 ходьбы, где есть все самое необходимое, а если нужно купить много продуктов, то нужно ехать, хотя и недалеко. Фруктовый супермаркет «Фрутария» в 3-5 мин. езды.

Вообще, для нормального отдыха посоветовала бы брать машину на прокат, что сильно упростит все передвижения по Пафосу. Например, до городского пляжа от комплекса где-то 20 мин. пешком, но мин 5 на машине. Как альтернатива ходит автобус 603 по четкому расписанию – на нем можно добраться до моря и до порта – центра скопления туристов, ресторанов и набережной.

Резюме, мы провели отличный отдых в прекрасной дружелюбной стране! По возможности вернемся сюда еще. Кипр (и Пафос в частности) дает возможность прекрасно отдохнуть семьей, компанией, да и просто одному, в общем, на любой вкус. Если будут вопросы – пишите!

Cozy and homely

The apartment we stayed in Iris Village Complex was very pleasant and we would certainly recommend it to everyone. The apartment was completely as described and actually larger than we expected.

The location is excellent because it's an easy walk to the restaurants, bars and harbour. We thought the swimming pools and gardens looked lovely, although it was too cold for us to try them out, so we took advantage of Simila’s arrangement at the local 5 star hotel and we paid just €25 each to use their lovely heated indoor swimming pool, which was just 5 minutes drive away.

The pools at Iris Complex certainly look like they would be brilliant for families with children. We actually saw one man swimming last week, but he wasn’t in for long as it was a little chilly!

There are 2 very good mini-markets ( called Kiosk’s in Cyprus ) that had the typical everyday items. But the best place is the local Fruitaira that is just around the corner from the apartment. Their fruit & Veg is the best we have ever seen, also they have excellent fresh meat , fish and cheese. As well as frozen food and a good wine section. In fact everything you need. I noticed all the staff spoke in both English and Russian , so it shows how good their customer care was. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, which makes a holiday even more special.

We were able to sit out on the main balcony everyday last week, because it's quite a sun trap and protected from the wind. It's a lovely spot and very peaceful and considering it is january it was amazing how warm it was. There is also a nice balcony off the bedrooms were we had our morning cuppa.

The apartment is well equipped. The only thing we missed was a coffee maker, but thats not an issue and Ludmila did say she could get us one, but it wasn’t really a problem , as we enjoyed making fresh orange and grapefruit juice. We used the Cyprus coffee pot and we liked doing it the Cypriot way.

The gas fire in the apartment was an added bonus, because at night it did get a little chilly, so its best to bring a warm jumper in the winter months.

The complex is cleaned everyday and i saw pool cleaners and gardeners everyday around the complex. The high standard of maintenance was impressive and i noticed there are lots of permanent residence and i can understand why, because this is a very nice place to live.

We will definitely stay here again and we are very happy to recommend both this apartment and the services of Simila Cyprus.
