This nice apartment is located in the heart of the town of Nice. You are close to most amenities. Best of all perhaps is that it is walking distance to the sea, only 1 minute by foot.


It is only 20 min walking distance to the pleasant port of Nice, with good bars, restaurants, and nice boats to look at. To get to Nice airport 6 km, you can either take a bus nr 98 or 99 that runs right next to the apartment. Otherwise you will get advice and tel no to taxi or other transport companies of us.


You are at Nice, a large city of about 345 000 inhabitants. There are plenty of attractions. If you want to travel around, it is not far from Cannes Antibes, Eze, Monaco. The itinerary anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour Saint Tropez approximately 2 hours.

  • Notes on accommodation: Quiet and safe area. The apartment is very well located, close to everything, despite its tranquil location, right beside Promenade des Anglais. Utility Room: There are nice room and stow away what you do not want visible. We provide hangers, cot, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: We are providing you with sheets and towels, how much depends on the length of stay. Beach towels are not obtained. Regarding cleaning, it can be done by the customer, or for an extra fee to get it done by the cleaning lady. Other: Spacious hall where you have room to hang off your coats and stow away shoes.
