Die Wohnung ist in bester Lage in Dorf Tirol in einem Mehrfamilienhaus gelegen.
Neue Wohnung mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern, ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche, ein Bad mit WC, eine überdachte Terrasse und privatem Garten. Es ist Platz für zwei Fahrzeuge auf unserem Parkplatz.
Ein Schlafzimmer ist gegen Süden ausgerichtet und hat ein 180x200cm großes Doppelbett sowie ein Schrank, das zweite Schlafzimmer ist gleich eingerichtet, zusätzlich kann noch ein Zustellbett oder Kinderbett aufgestellt werden. Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Dusche, ein Waschbecken, Toilette sowie Bidet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sowie Föhn sind vorhanden.

Perfekte FeWo für Mensch & Hund im Dorf Tirol

Wir hatten über Ostern 2024 einen sehr sehr guten 9-tägigen Aufenthalt in der der superschönen ebenerdigen Gartenwohnung! :-) Die Lage der FeWo ist optimal für ausgiebige Wanderungen rund um den Hochmuth. Während unseres Urlaubs haben wir das Auto nie bewegt, weil wir alle Touren ab der Haustüre starten haben können, quasi nebenan ein gut sortierter Supermarkt (7 Tage + Feiertage geöffnet) sowie zahlreiche unterschiedliche Restaurants vorhanden sind. Zudem steht das Auto 1A geschützt auf einem privaten & überdachten Stellplatz auf einem mit einer Schranke gesicherten Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet, mit großen Räumen, ausreichend Stauraum und für 4 Personen geeignet. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und die Internet-/WLAN-Verbindung war (trotz des teilw. sehr schlechten Wetters) wirklich hervorragend und für alle Aktivitäten (Streaming, Fotos, Videos etc.) bestens geeignet. Auch der sehr schön eingewachsene und mit Holztisch, -Stühlen und -Liegen ausgestattete Garten mit Südausrichtung hat es uns sehr angetan. Er ist für alle Hundegrößen super geeignet, denn der Garten ist 100 % sicher eingezäunt/abgeschlossen. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es im gesamten Haus und in der Nachbarschaft angenehm ruhig. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin und ihrem Mann war ab der ersten Kontaktaufnahme jederzeit aller bestens, freundlich & auch hilfreich. Nochmal herzlichen Dank das wir bei Anreise + Abreise die FeWo länger nutzen durften.

sehr angenehme Tage

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist komplett und auf dem neusten Stand. Die Begrüßung durch die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und uns wurden alle Modalitäten erklärt. Ein überdachter Stellplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns der direkte Zugang vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer in den kleinen Garten. Dieser ist vom übrigen Grundstück des Hauses abgetrennt, so dass der Hund sich dort frei bewegen konnte. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist knapp 100m entfernt (auch Sonntag geöffnet). Ein Winzer ist direkt gegenüber. Man kann viele Wanderungen in die Umgebung gleich vom Haus aus starten. Leider hat die Zeit nicht für alles gereicht. Die Gaststätten in der Umgebung sind zahlreich und von teilweise sehr unterschiedlicher Qualität. Der Ort ist ausgesprochen touristisch geprägt. Aber wie gesagt die Lage der Wohnung ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Kurz gesagt ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen in jeder Hinsicht Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erholsame Skiwoche

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und hat einen wirklich schönen kleinen Garten. Leider ist sie etwas hellhörig. Man kann sehr schöne Spaziergänge mit dem Hund unternehmen und zum Skigebiet sind es ca 30 Minuten. Das Internet war super schlecht, man konnte weder was Streamen noch was runter laden, sehr schade (3G). Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und der überdachte Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür super.
