This Beautiful Villa with Sea Views is located in the Cumbre Del sol area, it is on 3 levels, the 1st level has a lounge, Kitchen, 2 bedrooms, WC, Bathroom & Naya, outside down to level 2 there is a large double bedroom with en suite, a large twin bedroom and a bathroom, outside down to level 3 there is a large double with en suite. This also leads on to the private pool area with its large terrace and sea views. There is an outside BBQ area with seating. There is also private secure parking at the villa for 3 cars. The villa has Air Conditioning on all levels.

The local beach is only a 5 minute drive away, and there is a Supermarket, Chemist and Restaurant within a very short walking distance.Smoking is permitted in all outside areas only.

CUMBRE DEL SOL -is a well established urbanisation situated close to the town of Benitachell , Jave & Moraira in the heart of the Costa Blanca. The urbanisation is set on a high elevation and has amazing views to the coast and surrounding natural areas and Montgo mountain ranges. The nearest beach to Cumbre del Sol is Moraig beach, it’s a small beach, with sand and pebbles, and clear blue sea, great for swimming, and scuba diving

MORAIRA - is a small Spanish coastal town, part of Teulada. Moraira’s historic roots as a fishing village are still in evidence; its fish market is one of the most popular in the Costa Blanca region and the port still fishing boats in operation. The Moraira region is also famous for the growing of Moscatel grapes for wine-making. It has a privately owned marina operated by Club Náutico Moraira. Moraira is also seen as a culinary destination, with many restaurants. Moraira has three sandy beaches popular with families, and many rocky coves and inlets frequented by snorkelers and scuba divers.

JAVEA -is divided into three main areas, 'The Old town' which oozes ancient flavour and it is both rustic and monumental. 'The Port' born as a fishing community. A stroll through the port can be a delight if taken in the afternoon with the arrival of the fishing boats or in the early dusky evening when you can savour the maritime landscape next to the beach. The 'Arenal' with its family friendly sandy beach and promenade offers a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

Magnifique Villa !

Spacieuse villa tout confort avec très belle vue de tous les étages. Emplacement idéal à deux pas du supermarket avec boulangerie. Le restaurant La Cumbre à quelques pas de la maison propose une excellente (la meilleure) sangria, d'excellentes paëllas et les serveurs sont très sympas !!! Moraira à quelques minutes de voiture est une station très agréable. C'est avec regret qu'on quitte la maison après 15 jours, mais on reviendra !!!

Great villa, great location spectacular views

Beautiful villa with spectacular views over a valley and down towards the town of Moraira. The villa had everything we needed and all amenities were there for you on arrival. A huge pool and plenty of outside space made for a relaxed stay. A car is a necessity as the hill up to the villa is steep, but the location of supermarkets close by meant quick trips for provisions didn't take up much time.

The kitchens and bathrooms were modern and well furnished but house still maintained a tradition feeling throughout. The house is on 4 levels so there is a bit of walking up and down stairs, but the privacy of the pool on the lower level and the wonderful views from the upper floors made it worth it.

All in all a great villa which we would love to come back to.

Lovely typically Spanish villa

Very impressed with the villa overall. Nice and spacious, great location with supermarket just across the road for fresh bread and croissants in the morning! Great bbq area, so the men were happy to do all the cooking 😀. Adrienne was very helpful, leant us some towels for the beach as we didn't realise we should have taken our own.

Just a couple of points that could be improved on is the cafetière was very small, so they could really do with a large size one considering the villa sleeps 10. Also there was only one parasol and seeing as the pool area had very little shade, we could have done with at least one more with a base, so it could be moved around as needed.

We all had a great time though and would definitely recommend.

Good location and spacious

We had a fabulous time in the villa. It was very spacious and we all got to have enough privacy but was still in a family group. We were 3 generations and all of us really enjoyed our stay. The supermarket opposite was well stocked and always open. There was also a restaurant that done very good food. The views from the villa were stunning and we all felt like it was placed in a prime position.

Fantastic villa - really helpful owners

We stayed in the villa as a party of 8 adults, 2 children and 1 baby and the villa never once felt overcrowded.

Fantastic facilities and a beautiful location - a car is definitely essential for this villa. The views from the villa and the surrounding areas are absolutely breathtaking.

Adi (the owner) was incredibly helpful right from the moment of booking, and a couple of minor niggles were sorted out with lightening speed!

We had a fantastic stay here - the shop over the road is incredibly handy and isn't that much more expensive than the larger supermarkets.

The restaurant over the road had really nice food - it is slightly expensive but well worth the price - booking is essential.

Would recommend the beach at Javea for those with families - the sea is very calm and the water is lovely and warm. Get there early to grab a space!

Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a large property in a peaceful location.

Villa avec sublime vue

Villa très propre, avec de beaux volumes, de grandes chambres et suites parentales. Terrasses et piscine donnant sur une vue exceptionnelle. Coin barbecue couvert très agréable avec point d'eau. Un pbm avec le filtre de la piscine résolu dans la journée grâce à la réactivité des propriétaires. Supérette et pharmacie en face de la villa.

Une des plus belles plages de la région à 3 min en voiture!

Très bon rapport qualité prix.

This Beautiful Villa is in a great location, there is a Large Supermarket, Chemist, Cafe Bar and La Cumbre Del Sol Restaurant within a very short walking distance to the villa, Javea and Moraira are only a very short car drive away. Situated in a quiet area of Cumbre del Sol, Alicante, Costa Blanca, Spain, close to the resorts of Moraira, Calpe and Javea.

It is in a Sunny South Sea Facing location. In addition, there is a private pool and several terraces plus an outside Kitchen with sink and BBQ. Living room with American style kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Open and Covered terraces. Each of the three floors has its own access and all areas are linked by an external staircase. There is Wi-fi internet throughout. Private Double Garage with locking doors. Air conditioning in all rooms hot and cold. Fully Furnished and Fully Equipped.

The villa is equipped with Sky TV. All modern appliances including dishwasher, Washing Machine, Induction hob, oven and separate built in combination microwave with Large Fridge Freezer.

CUMBRE DEL SOL: Benitachell is the closest village to the Villa and is a typical, Spanish village with narrow streets and good local bars and restaurants.

Located nearby (5 minutes drive) is the award winning beach of Playa del Moraig with its beach bars and caves and crystal clear waters this is definitely worth a visit (or two).

Benitachell bowling club is located close to the village.

JAVEA or XABIA: Javea or Xabia, is a 15 minute drive away and is split into three distinct areas:

There is the Beautiful Old Town of Javea where you can wander down ancient narrow streets and visit the local market on a Thursday. Built with original Tosca sandstone and rich in medieval history.

The Gothic fortified church of San Bartolome dominates the centre of Javea's town. This building dates back to the 15th century. At the side of the church is a beautiful building which houses the indoor market where you can buy local fresh produce daily.

The Port of Javea many people's favourite area of Javea, with whitewashed houses surrounding the bay. Watch the fishermen bring in their fresh catches and the sailing boats set off from the marina or eat at the fantastic seafood restaurants.

There are also many good shops, bars and cafes - it's bustling with activity. The Port area of Javea has a real Spanish feel, this is an area where locals live and work in harmony with the tourists. It is a lively bustling area with many shops, cafes.

ARENAL BEACH & MORAIRA: The beach of Javea (ARENAL) The bustling Arenal area is basically the sandy blue flag beach which is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. It's a great place to walk along the promenade in the evening. It's very touristy obviously and is the least Spanish part of Javea but nevertheless it is a crucial part.

During the evening in the summer there are various stalls here selling a variety of handmade crafts. Many of the bars have live music and there are several discotheques.

Javea also boasts an excellent full 18 hole golf course which is just a 10 minute drive from the Villa.

MORAIRA is a small town within the Teulada municipal district, it is a short 10 minutes drive away from the villa. Originally a tiny fishing village it has changed very little through the years and still remained largely uncommercialised. Moraira has been tastefully planned, and reflects a typical Spanish pueblo style, its marina and sandy beaches compares with the best of the Mediterranean's yachting locations.

Its Marina is impressive; the Teulada Club Nautico de Moraira, boasts mooring for 620 berths.

EL PORTET

Located just 10 minutes drive from the villa El Portet is a quiet seaside village, just over 1 kilometre from Moraira, and within easy walking distance of Moraira. It is in a quiet, sheltered bay with a gently sloping, sandy bathing beach.There is a superb view along the beach to Calpe, and inland there are pine clad mountains. In the village of Portet there is a small supermarket and a couple of bars and restaurants.

El Portet is in a sheltered bay within walking distance of Moraira. Both El Portet and Moraira have a rather upmarket feel with nothing to be seen of the high rise developments that have scarred much of the Costas in Spain

Gently shelving sandy El Portet beach has beautifully warm clean clear water ideal for swimming. The lovely narrow sandy beach is ideal for children, and is backed by a handful of beach bars serving food and drink.
