Lovely Studio in nice area of Ibiza

Our stay in this studio was excellence, the studio as all the facilities you will need for a stay in ibiza within a walking distance from the beach if you don't have a car. Check in and Check out was simple even arriving late due to plane delay. I would recommend this studio for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in ibiza in a quiet area but also within 20 mins driving of main places.

Zum übernachten ok. Die Bilder entsprachen der Wohnung. Der Vermieter ist echt nett und sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig und man hört die Nachbarn. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es super viele Hunde, die zu allen möglichen und unmöglichen Zeiten bellen.Eine laute Baustelle nebenan.Es ist ein Zimmer, was man leider einfach nicht gut gelüftet bekommt. Wir mussten immer Klimaanlage und Lüfter zum „Sauerstoff reinlassen und abkühlen“ nutzen, weil dort fast nie ein Wind durch die Wohnung geht. Also nicht so erholsam :( Es war sauber - ich hätte mir nur für eine bei fewo angepriesene „ausgezeichnete Sauberkeit“ noch gewünscht: neuer Abwaschlappen/schwamm (war benutzt). Eine Gewaschene und saubere Tagesdecke auf der Couch (bei der in der Unterkunft waren Krümel drauf), sauberer Teppich (der in der Unterkunft war echt nicht ok, den haben wir zusammengerollt unter die Couch gelegt),, von Schimmel-und Stockflecken befreites Bad (Bad war geputzt aber nicht extrem sauber und hatte viele Schimmelecken), sauberer& gereinigter Kühlschrank (war definitiv nicht geputzt), kein nicht reinigbarer Stoff über dem Bett (dort hing etwas, das bad Fenster ging nicht zu schließen, Fenster im Wohnzimmer echt schmutzig. Nachts bis auf die Hunde ruhig & dunkel. Straße & Weg zur Wohnung dunkel & schmutzig m Hundekacke. Alles in allem: Preis-Leistung bei 140€ pro Nacht passt nicht.Für 170 bekommt man ein sehr gutes Hotel inklusive Frühstück und tägl Reinigung.

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr schön. Sie ist funktional und super sauber. Lionel ist super netter Vermieter. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen!

The best of Ibiza

My partner and I came to visit the beautiful Ibiza from Australia and we loved every moment! The host is super friendly and available for any questions. The accomodation itself it’s a cute little gem surrounded by nature. Quiet neighbourhood, pretty large bedroom/living area and handy little kitchen makes this place feel like home. Conveniently located on the east side of the island, which in my opinion is the best for staying, it’s only a short drive away from the most popular attractions the island has to offer. Highly recommend, I’ll come back here for sure! Thank you
