Poitiers Center, rue Edouard Grimaux halfway between Place du Maréchal Leclerc (Hotel de Ville) and Place Charles de Gaulle (Notre-Dame) 24 m² studio on the 1st floor of an old building with no lift, facing the Mercure hotel, 100 m from the TAP and its public car park. (possibility of 24h parking ticket).
Room with a double bed (sheets and towels provided), a storage cupboard, a table with 2 chairs, small TV / DVD player.
