Lovely Two bedroom Apartment situated in Brighton Marina. Set in private residential block with its own parking bay.Beautiful views of Marina and surrounding area.

we will" meet and greet" you, take you to the Apartment where you can park your vehicle if required . Any query's please feel free to ask and we will address them, when you are happy we will leave you to enjoy your Holiday or stay.

The Marina has many restaurants and bars offering all types of cuisine. Also a 24 hr Supermarket, 8 screen Cinema, Casino , Health Club ,Boat trips and a Sailing club. Fishing excursions ,Bowling Alley, Children's Fun fare, Slides, bumper cars, water park Scuba Diving and more!

Security patrols the Marina throughout the day and all through the night, it is very secure and safe.

Unlike other Holiday rentals we do not charge a 'Damage deposit' making the whole check in/ check out process that much easier.Also the price quoted is the price! There are no hidden costs for cleaning etc.

Brighton offers an excellent Bus service running every 5 minutes and through the night. A Taxi rank is also only 2 mins away.

Fantastic location, ideal for a long weekend away.

We loved staying in the Marina. We were fortunate enough to have great weather for February, but close enough to Brighton if it hadn't been. Walked to and from Brighton on more than one occasion, but the bus into Brighton and Hove runs every 7 minutes and can be caught nearby.

The apartment is clean and has everything you need, the parking is an extra bonus.

There is an Asda, pub and plenty of well known restaurants very nearby.

We would definitely stay there again.

Great apartment in a excellent location

I stayed with friends at the apartment over Christmas. What a fantastic place, it was. It had most of the things you would want in a quiet waterfront location. The biggest plus was having an Asda about 5 minutes walk. Plus there are plenty of good places to eat within walking distance. Robert was great at communicating with me and that goes a long way with me. Will look to book again sometime.

Perfect situation. Plenty to do in and around the marina itself, plenty of places to it and a large supermarket for supplies. Easy access into Brighton either walking or by bus. Plenty of room with comfortable beds and all basic cleaning bits supplied as well as loo rolls and kitchen towels, tea, coffee and sugar. All linen supplied along with free view TV. Was lovely and warm with plenty of hot water for showers etc. Information list was good as was the selection of brochures. Perfect for a quiet few days and we left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Will certainly stay again.

Great apartment and location

We visited Brighton for half term break and we booked this apartment because of its location. Our party was 2 adults and our 12 year old son so we prefer to have an apartment instead of a hotel so we can have space and cook. The owner Robert was very helpful and friendly and gave us all of the information we needed for our stay. Free parking was a bonus as we didn't use our car during our stay as no need. The apartment was bright clean, well equipped and spacious with a beautiful view of boats in a small marina. Within walking distance there is a bus stop with buses every 7 minutes to town, Asda superstore, restaurants galore and cinema, bowling etc.. so you don't even have to leave the marina if you don't want to!

We will definitely return when we come back to Brighton, the only thing the apartment would benefit from in the spacious living room is a small/medium sized dining table with 4 chairs so that we can sit comfortably together at breakfast and meal times when dining in.

The apartment is superb....set within the marina and just a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants. The owner, Robert was helpful and friendly and greeted us at the start of our stay. Public transport to Brighton is easy with buses and taxis available nearby (a taxi to Brighton cost around £8 for 4 people).
