Super Haus in zentraler Lage

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir sind mit 5 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern für 9 Tage ins Haus eingezogen. Wir haben uns bewusst für diese Lage des Hauses entschieden, da wir uns mit gemieteten Autos die Insel anschauen wollten. Dafür ist das Haus perfekt gelegen. Nach unseren Ausflügen haben wir uns immer sehr über die Klimaanlage und den Pool gefreut. Die Schlüsselübergabe sowie die Kommunikation hat reibungslos geklappt. Zwar auf Englisch aber dafür reist man ja auch in ein anderes Land. Sonst kann man ja auch in deutschsprachigen Ländern Urlaub machen 😉 Der Ort Llubi ist echt süß. Sehr sauber. Bäcker, Restaurants (deutschsprachig), Tankstelle, Bank uvm. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder ins Haus einziehen und unseren Urlaub dort genießen.

Excellent séjour du 16/09 au 1/10/18 dans cette maison fonctionnelle, lumineuse

De grandes pièces, une cuisine spacieuse, une grande terrasse mais une petite piscine dont nous avons tout de même profité au maxi ! Si nous avions emmené nos petits enfants ils auraient été particulièrement heureux avec la salle de jeux, le trampoline ou la piscine ! LLUBI est un charmant village typiquement espagnol avec tous les services de proximité. Ne pas hésiter à manger au S'Acusticafé place de l'église ! Des repas de qualité pour un prix très raisonnable. Quant à Barbara, c'est une jeune femme très réactive et charmante. On ne peut pas avoir le moindre souci avec elle ! Merci aussi à David (français d'origine) à qui l'on peut faire appel en cas d'un quelconque problème. On ne peut que passer un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison de village avec un voisinage des plus agréables ! Si l'on devait faire quelques critiques, nous conseillerons à Barbara de changer le canapé qui bien que confortable est toutefois assez dégradé. Attention aux portes du frigo et congélateur et vérifier qu'elles sont bien fermées ! Quant à la climatisation, aucun problème au rez de chaussée par contre à l'étage les chambres sont assez chaudes du fait notamment de l'absence de volets et des grands vitrages sur lesquels les rayons de soleil se régalent !

Super séjour 😉 22/06/2018 au 01/07/2018

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par l'agréable propriétaire Barbara, elle reste disponible et souriante tout au long du séjour si besoin. La maison est splendide, spacieuse et propre, comme sur les photos. Nous étions 7, enfants compris, il y a de nombreux jeux pour ados et même pour tout petits. Le jardin, piscine et barbecue sont appréciés le soir, le voisinage est sympathique, le village est calme et il y a commerces et restaurants dans le quartier.... tout pour passer de bonnes vacances. Merci encore Barbara

Dreckig, Kakerlakenkot und überall lebende Kakerlaken und Ameisen in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer

Kurz und knapp : - Kakerlaken im Haus (15 Tiere), Wohnzimmer, Küche. Kot der Tiere zu Hauf in der Küche. - Ameisen auf der Terrasse - Pool dreckig und Grün vor Algen (Rand von Algen befallen) - Die defekte Poolpumpe sollten WIR SELBER ZAHLEN inkl. der Reapratur !!! - Unfreundlich und pampig als man erklärt das der Pool schon bei Anreise dreckig war. - KEINE ORDENTLICHE HAUSÜBERGABE !!! Geld gleich in BAR abkassiert und weg war sie!

Volveremos a repetir!!!

Excelente ubicación, muy bien comunicados, la zona muy tranquila. La propietaria siempre atenta y dispuesta a informarnos sobre actividades por la zona. Y que decir de la casa, es increíble. Volveremos el próximo año!! Gracia la Bárbara!!
