Beautiful two bedroom apartment in the centre of Grand Canal Dock. Surrounded by scenic views of the the Grand Canal Dock area, the city and the Dublin Mountains, this is the most perfectly located apartment to enjoy great proximity to the city centre.

Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with 4 beds to sleep six people comfortably. The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival and all bedlinen and towels are provided for you freshly laundered.

All bills are included and there is Hi-Speed Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment. Cable TV is provided by UPC and we have a 32 inch flatscreen in your living room. The curtains are all remote controlled.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances including coffee machine, and there is a washer dryer in the apartment.

There are two double beds and a double sofa bed in the apartment. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the Grand Canal Dock and is surrounded on all sides with views through the glass walls across the harbour, the mountains and the city centre itself.

Situated just 15 minutes walk from the bustling Grafton Street, this apartment is within easy walking distance of Temple Bar, O'Connell Street, Henry Street, and the Stephen's Green Shopping Centre.

Taxis pass the block constantly so you are always able to get a cab. Parking is also included and you are about 5 minutes walk from the DART/Train Station as well.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival, and we are always on call in case you need us. My own apartment is just across the quay and I am able to help anytime.

Accommodations as advertised in a great location. Away from tourist traffic, but easy walk or cab ride to attractions. Check in/out handled well, even with 0600 arrival.

Modern clean apartment in a great location

Four of us stayed here for a long weekend. Apartment overlooks the Grand Canal Dock and has amazing views. Its conveniently located for both the city centre & Aviva stadium - both within 15-20 min walking distance. Public transport and taxis on your doorstep if you don't fancy the walk. You can get supplies to eat-in in the small supermarket across the road in Grand Canal Square. There are also a few restaurants, a cafe bar and bakery / coffee shop in the same square.

Apartment is clean, modern and well equipped. There are 2 double bedrooms (one en-suite) and a sofa bed in open plan lounge / kitchen. Beds and sofa bed were comfy. Linen and towels all provided. There is also wifi in the apartment.

Communication from booking through to meeting and greeting us at the apartment couldn't be faulted. I would stay here again and also recommend to family and friends.

Exactly as described!

Very comfortable and convenient apt. Coffee shop and grocery store 2 minutes away, used the Hailo app to grab taxi to city center average cost €10 - walking is possible. Beds very comfortable, showers great, basic cookware provided - one previous review states not enough pots n pans it's true if you wish to do cooking for a family but for basic meals it was great for two of us! I thought the apt was better than the photos and will stay again when in Dublin ! Communications with hosts was immediate, helpful and friendly 🍀󠀊Thank you Patrick for a great flat !

Pretty good Dublin apartment

The view is beautiful, as advertised, and the location is pretty convenient for canal and downtown attractions. But the apartment needs attention - we pointed out some problems - for example, the washer-dryer doesn't work very well - which the proprietors promised to address. Also, this would more appropriately be offered as good for 4 people, rather than 5.

Good Location close to Tinity College

The apartment was clean and enjoyed a lovely view of the Docklands area. Check in was smooth and the appropriate amenities provided. One thing that should be added is a bread knife. There are some fabulous bakeries around and the local fresh market had terrific fresh bread but its hard to slice a fresh loaf with paring knife or a dinner knife. Access to city centre and Merrion Square were a relatively short walk away (10 to 15 minutes) and the hop on hop off stop is handy as is public transit. I would recommend the apartment to friends.
