This pretty House sleeps maximum of 4 people comfortably, with one queen size bed in the master and twin beds which can be double in the second bedroom.There are two ensuite bathrooms, one with a separate loo.Very well equipped and functional kitchen with all you could need to enjoy your stay.Dishwasher, washing machine, no tumble dryer outside washing line Gas Hob, electric oven, microwave, Krups Coffee maker and Bialetti, Nespresso Fridge/ freezer, outside BBQ.

All the furniture and fittings are high quality and good taste.

There is a comfy sofa and two chairs for watching Flat Screen TV Canal Sat + and Blue Ray DVD ( Bring your own to Watch .Printer/scanner/fax.

Wi Fi. A/C throughout .

There is a dining area inside and an additional outside dining area in the garden by the pool under a pergola with a gas BBQ and a stunning view across the hills full of Pine Parasol and Old Oaks.

Four comfortable Sun beds, also a comfortable chill area. For a sunset drink. Hot shower Poolside.

Tennis Racquet's provided.

This house is for a max of 4 persons only, due to facilities ie : Boiler size, pool size, seating area. There is NO possibility of a fifth person staying.

Charming Côte d'Azur maison

Heather the owner, who has good local knowledge, made us very welcome to this delightfully peaceful well appointed two bedroom house with the odd gentle whack of a tennis ball on the communal courts and later during dinner wonderful sunsets over distant hills

A hire car enabled us to visit quaint hill top villages where we sampled local foods and wines in well stocked bustling markets, and of course a good choice of beaches.

Lovely property in a beautiful area of France

Having stayed in Ste Maxime last year we decided to return to the same area, but this year wanted a villa with a pool. Our choice was perfect as this is a lovely house which is well maintained and had all the facilities that we required. The pool was cleaned every other day, and the air con in the bedrooms was a real bonus. Heather was a great host, with both the check-in and check-out being smooth and hassle free.

Ste Maxime itself is a perfect location, near to both St Tropez and the beautiful villages of Grimauld & Port Grimauld - with Cannes, Nice & Monaco not far away. Just behind the town are beautiful hills with stunning views across the vineyards and out to sea.

Would thoroughly recommend the area and in particular this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in the South of France.

Tastefully appointed holiday property

From the highly efficient booking and customer service to great attention paid to every detail, the property is a very high quality holiday home. We found it effortless to relax in such beautiful surroundings. Within very easy reach is Ste Maxime which has an array of shops, restaurants and a local beach in the town as well as the beach at Nartelle. We would not hesitate to recommend the property to anyone wishing to explore the Provence Cote d' Azure region because there is so much to see and do in fabulous weather.

Superbly appointed, well-located St Maxime villa

Our family of 3 stayed in this villa for one week in July 2016. The villa itself is lovely - everything is provided (including beach towels), all is clean and well-maintained, and everything is to a high standard. The pool guy came every other day to keep the pool clean. It was around 30C each day of our stay, and so we (in particular our 6 yo) were in the pool every day, while the AC in all rooms took the edge off the heat when needed. The terrace (shown) is in the sun virtually all day, and has both sun loungers and outdoor furniture, and often we had all three of our daily meals out there (there is a large umbrella and a shaded area too). We also used the BBQ most nights, cooking food from the excellent local market. The beaches are a short drive away, as is the heart of St Maxime with its restaurants, shops, bars, market. The nearest supermarket is an easy 10min drive away, and there is a small local shop for essentials (1 mile away) - including fresh daily bakery items.

The friendly English owner Heather is nearby – she met us on arrival/departure and responded to our queries during our stay about local restaurants/villages quickly and comprehensively.

We went to St Tropez on market day via the Bateaux Verts from St Maxime (10 min boat ride) and had a great day.

We had a day at one of the local beaches (Elephants) which is superb and has a great restaurant attached.

We also drove to the nearby hilltop village of Ramatuelle which has amazing views to the coast, small streets, independent shops, and a good selection of restaurants (as always).

This villa is recommended - there is nothing we would change and we would certainly stay again.

Paradise

We had the most amazing 2 weeks in Heathers beautiful house. We could not have found a more perfect base for frolicking in the French Riviera.

The house is just perfect, everything in it, from furniture to linens is such high quality and it makes a difference. We spend most of our time outside on the beautiful patio, either sunbathing, swimming and of course all meals al fresco. The views are spectacular and sunsets are so beautiful.

We did a number of day trips; Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Cannes, Marseille, Toulon, Saint Tropez (many times) and of course Sainte-Maxime, plus some smaller villages Ramatuelle, Grimaud. We left early in the morning, so we could be back to end our day by the pool relaxing and watching the sunset.

We rented a car, but for trips down to Sainte-Maxime and Sainte-Tropez we just walked up and down the "mountain", apparently we were the only crazy tourists doing that in the +30 heat, everyone else drove. We figured it was a good way to walk off our daily croissant and all the lovely local Rose we were consuming.

If you are looking to spend some time relaxing or exploring the beautiful Côte d'Azur, you could not find a better base than this lovely home. Heather is an amazing host and goes well above and beyond to ensure you are happy and have everything you need.

The next time we are visiting this area Heathers home is the only place we would stay and the only place we would recommend to friends and family.

Enjoy the Golfe of Saint Tropez and all it has to offer from this lovely house set on the Semaphore Hill in Sainte Maxime near to La Nartelle Beach.

This property has its own pool and is in a private wooded Domain with parking.

There are multiple Tennis Courts and also a shared swimming pool with a Children's pool within the Domain reached by a lovely walk through the woods in front of the House.

The beach La Nartelle is at the foot of the hill , a two minute drive away.All the way from La Nartelle towards Frejus and beyond are beaches.

Sainte Maxime has a vibrant life, always something going on day and night, daily indoor Market and Thursday and Friday outdoor markets. Plenty of restaurants and shops and stroll in the old town.

The Bateaux Vert Ferry on the port will take you across the Bay to Saint Tropez in less than 15 minutes. Market day in St Tropez Tuesday's and Saturday's.There is a Scenic Cycling Piste all the way to Saint Tropez all along the coastline via Port Grimaud and Port Cogolin.

Beyond St Tropez are the perched villages of Ramatuelle and Gassin set high in the hills overlooking the best Provencal Rose Vineyards of the area a half an hour drive away.

Along le route de plages is Escalet where there is a wonderful coastline hike towards Cap Camarat, Cap Taillet and Cap Lardier with views of the Les Porquerolles, Isles du Levant.

A drive from Sainte Maxime towards the Esterel a unique area of outstanding natural beauty and beautiful coves for bathing beyond Les Issambres are les Calanques.

Further on you come Frejus famous for its Roman Amphitheatre and then on to San Raphael and cosmopolitan Cannes, Nice.

Grimaud Village with its Medieval Chateau and beautiful wild walks into the Massif des Maures is a 15 minute drive away.

Further afield into Provence is Aix en Provence 1 1/4 hours drive away, Gorge du Verdon, Mont Ventoux, Cyclists paradise.
