The house can be found in the very pretty Alfred Square, in Deal which is situated close to the seafront and the High Street. The house would be ideal for families, couples or groups of friends coming on holiday together. There is a large sitting room, filled with light from the pretty bay window to the front, and a well equipped kitchen with a large sash window overlooking the pretty courtyard to the rear. In addition, there is a useful utility area at the back with a downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, made up of a Superking, a king and a double. All the beds can also be split into twin beds if needed. There is a family bathroom with a shower and a bath and the top bedroom has an en suite shower room.

Deal is a very popular seaside town which once upon a time had a thriving fishing industry. The heritage of this can be seen in the pretty conservation area of the town. There is a lively shopping area with many high street names and a selection of interesting independent shops. Along the seafront and in the town are many bars, pubs and restaurants including one at the end of the pier. Here you can enjoy a good meal whilst admiring the wonderful views of the elegant seafront properties, and the coastline which stretches from the White Cliffs of Dover past the 3 famous links golf courses and across to the Isle of Thanet.
