As you drive up to this exquisite custom home, you are greeted by palm trees and lush gardens. As you step in through the front doors, your gaze is immediately drawn through the house to the ocean and volcanoes beyond. This home has 5 large bedroom suites, 2 bedrooms on the main floor, 1 queen and 1 king (master), walkout level has 3 bedrooms, one with 2 long twin beds, and two with king beds. Each are steps away from the 45 ft. pool that boasts a hot tub. Imagine, night time, sky full of stars, sitting in the pool after a day of fun, sipping a drink!!! Next to the pool is a hand painted tropical jungle Rancho with wet bar and washroom. The hot tub is set to heat from 4pm to 9pm.The upstairs boasts a gourmet kitchen, large great room with cathedral wood ceilings, cable TV, wireless internet, laundry, 2 bedrooms and large balcony with barbecue. The lower level has a custom kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, living area with cable TV and large balcony that extends to the pool.
Lots of activities await you, great fishing, zip lining, white water rafting or tubing, hiking the dormant volcanoes, walk the hanging bridges at the top of the forest canopy, zoo, surf, scuba, volcano mud baths and hot springs, to name a few. I will provide you with a list of all the area activities and tours. Some you can see by yourself, or our concierge can provide and book a full selection of tours for you.

Please read our house rules and rental agreement. Rates include 8 guests. Each additional guest is $60/day. Two children ages 3 and under are charged as one.
Our concierge can also arrange a cook to wow your palette and also help to rent a car.
There is a reason why the Waldorf Astoria, Four Seasons, Ritz Carleton, Secrets, Andaz, Planet Hollywood and RIU resorts are located here. We are 25 minutes from the Liberia airport, LIR, and close to all the beauty Costa Rica has to offer. Playa de Coco is the main town, 10 minutes away. It has restaurants, shops, grocery store, nightclubs, etc.

Playa Hermosa with the Zindis Group

Our stay was 3/23/24 to 3/30/24. Beautiful house on a very steep hill so we were glad we did not rent a car. Zindis did a great job on our excursion list and even when we added an excursion they did not advertise, they were able to find us a fantastic tour guide with a lot of knowledge who educated us. We had a great time and will not hesitate to go through VRBO the next time we plan a trip.

Adult vacation

March 9-19, 2024. There were 8 adults total staying here. 3 adults sharing the bathroom with the twin bed/ king bed rooms- wasnt ideal but we managed. It was very HOT in CR. The downstairs stayed very cool, but the upstairs was warmer. We did not mess with the air conditioning in the living/dining/kitchen area as requested, it was set at 80. The bedrooms all had there own ac units as well as ceiling fans, although the upstairs bedrooms didnt cool as well. Dining room fit all of us well. Kitchen was supplied with all the dishes, pots and pans and utensils that we needed. We did take advantage of the coolers in the garage (they even had chairs for the beach, bit we didnt use them). The beds were a little firm but ok. The bedrooms were all very spacious with closets and drawers and hangers. The outside dining area and other chairs were comfortable as well as the pool chairs. The pool and hot tub water levels were a little low (I think due to it being so hot mid to high 90’s all week). The water was pretty warm perfect really. We had two vehicles and had plenty of room to park. The “gate guards” were really nice and helped us with unloading the garbage at the bottom the driveway as well as opening the gate for us. The view is spectacular and we loved watching the howler monkeys and their babies! It was only a 10-15 minute drive to Coco beach and about 10 min drive to playa Hermosa beach and 30 minute drive to airport. We would definitely book this place again

Couples Bucket List Trip to CR

Beautiful, quiet, clean property with a million dollar view. The property was one of the highlights of our trip and the perfect place to relax and cook dinner after our daily excursions. The Howler Monkeys that visited us during our stay was a the cherry on top of a great trip! The property is more beautiful than the pictures…I highly recommend this property.

Playa hermosa

We had a great time. The house was beautiful. Pictures didn’t do it justice. kids loved the pool and the view was amazing. It was nice to be in a gated community and close to different beaches. The only negative thing I would say is that we did the grocery service where they shopped for us before we arrived. None of the food or drinks were cold. They didn’t turn the fridge on until the morning of our arrival. So we had nothing cold until the next morning. Other than that it was great! Thanks again!

FABULOUS PANORAMIC VIEW that takes you to another world. All day long, at the top of this mountain, you look at the beach, ocean, volcanoes and mountain ridges.
The stars are magnificent. This area is designated for tourism as it is close to all the main attractions , rafting, fishing, scuba, volcanos, zip lines, hot springs, nature, etc. It has a dry climate during Dec. to April and is only 30 minutes from the Liberia international airport.

What makes this property unique

The villa has all the amenities of a 5 star resort. Lots of space 5,000 sq. ft. plus large outside patios, privacy, beautiful tropical gardens (monkeys and parrots) and large long lap pool with hot tub. The house itself is a work of art. Local wood on the ceilings, all marble floors, painted tropical scenery on walls and ceiling, cultural masks and paintings by local artists, gourmet equipped kitchen, beach toys, coolers and chairs. Our concierge will pamper you with Costarican hospitality. The modern conveniences of TV, cable and internet are provided. The bedrooms are oversized allowing plenty of private space.
