About this property

Occhiatana (20226 Belgodère), small quiet village in the heart of Balagne, near Ile Rousse, 15 minutes from the beaches of Lozari and 20 minutes from the beach of Ostriconi.

Bottom of villa built and finished in summer 2015 with air conditioning including:

- a living room with fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer + equipment)
- a TV corner with convertible sofa (2 people)
- a bedroom with a double bed (baby cot available if needed)
- bathroom with shower, washing machine and separate WC.
Outside small terrace area.
Inside the property car parking (1 or 2 spaces depending on the season)

Linen not provided or at an additional cost upon request when booking (25 euros per bed).
Cleaning to do or extra 50 euros.

Security deposit: 250 euros to be given on the day of arrival (returned on the day of departure)
Payment 50% on booking and balance on arrival.
Price of accommodation for the week per week (max 4 people + 1 baby):

Low season (October to April): 350 euros
Mid-season (May, June and September): 400 euros
High season (July and August): 500 euros

Un vrai dépaysement

Un séjour très agréable dans un endroit superbe ! Nos hôtes étaient très accueillants et disponibles,,et nous ont donné de belles idées de visites. Tout était parfait !

Posizione buona per visita della Balagne

Bell'appartamento, nuovo e ben attrezzato. Si trova nell'entroterra, a 15 minuti di auto dalla strada litoranea. Unica pecca è la mancanza di Wi-Fi, che anche in vacanza è utile.

Korsika gesehen und lieben gelernt

Wir waren in diesem Jahr zum ersten auf Korsika und hatten keine Vorstellung davon wie schön diese Insel ist. Die Wohnung von Familie Arthuis war unser Ausgangspunkt inmitten der faszinierenden Bergwelt des haute corse. Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist atemberaubend. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Madamme Arthuis hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war die ganze Zeit zum Beispiel bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Agréable séjour

Logement bien situé pour visiter la Balagne et profiter des belles plages. Mr et Mme ARTHUIS sont des hôtes discrets et attentifs. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre séjour.

Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine grâce à cette belle découverte de la Balagne mais aussi par l’accueil d’Alain et Yvonne. Merci encore! Nous reviendrons pour profiter un peu plus de la montagne!
