A Modern Chalet With Traditional Styling, Fabulous Views, Ski in and Ski Out

Chalet Daim is a large, spacious and beautifully decorated modern 5 bedroom chalet. Boasting ski in/ski out access via the private funicular lift, also situated close to the telecabine and resort centre (300m), with double garage and parking directly outside the chalet.

This chalet accommodates 12 people in 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate snug/TV room or can be used as a 6th bedroom, and separate WC.


The chalet is built over 3 floors with underfloor heating throughout:

Ground Floor –

Wide entrance hall with shoe rack, hooks for coats

Bedroom 1 with double bed, direct access to the bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds (room for a 3rd bed)

Bathroom with double access, from the entrance hall and bedroom 1. With WC, wash hand basin, bath/shower

Technical room with washing machine, tumble dryer and space for drying clothes.

Access to double garage with ski and board storage, heated boot rack.

First Floor –

As you ascend the stairs the space of this chalet becomes apparent. A huge open-plan living area, dining area and kitchen are immediately accessible.

The living area focusses on the lovely corner fireplace, with glass front for safety. There are 2 huge leather sofas. Several armchairs provide seating for everyone. There is also a TV with international channels. Free and fast internet wifi access.

The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses, baking pans and dishes, frying pans, saucepans, chopping boards etc. Of course there is a dishwasher, full size oven with multi-features, microwave, grill, toaster, kettle, induction hob.

The lovely antique pine dining table easily seats 12.

Off to one side is the kids den & play room, which is currently furnished with a futon, another TV and DVD player, providing a 6th bedroom if required. Adjoining this room is a separate WC.

The balcony and terrace wrap around the living area with large glass doors and windows - and the views are fantastic!

To the side the large terrace with wooden table and chairs and a BBQ is a lovely place to eat your breakfast and lunch in the summer months.

Second floor –

Bedroom 3 - Twin bedroom with cupboards and drawers for clothes storage, window to rear

Bedroom 4 - Double bedroom with double glass doors to top balcony, cupboards and drawers for clothes storage

Bedroom 5 - Master Double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with large corner bath and shower attachment. Cupboards and drawers for clothes storage, double glass doors to the top balcony and magnificent views across the valleys.

Family bathroom - double sink, full size bath, separate shower unit.

The chalet has stair gates if required. We can supply cot and high chair on request, we ask that you bring your own baby bedding.

Outside - There is a balcony around 3 sides of the chalet. For the summer months there's a BBQ on the terrace. Double garage for 2 cars, additional parking available. Ski rack and heated boot warmer in the garage.

It was amazing! The chalet is so lovely, we were really comfortable and we didn't want to leave anymore... :D the chalet is very clean, you don't have to wash dishes first- like you have to in other chalets..and no spiderwebs or things like that! Big plus! Thanks @ Mini and Dan, we really enjoyed our stay!:)

Great location - it's just so easy to get on the slopes using the private funicular lift, and with parking right at the chalet, getting here is simple too. With a lovely friendly atmosphere in the village you feel at home straightaway.

Nearest Airport : Sion at 25 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Le Central, Vitho, Le Pistard at 300 Metres Nearest Golf : Verbier at 8 Kilometres Nearest Train : Riddes at 13 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : A9 at 13 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Auberge La Tzoumaz, Le Pistard, Le Central at 300 Metres Nearest Ski : La Tzoumaz at 20 Metres

In the winter there is skiing of course, but also tobogganing and ice skating in the village centre.

In the summer you must visit the 'Maison de la Foret' a mountain cafe with exhibition of local flora and fauna, and walk along the bisses (irrigation channels), it's a beautiful place full of flowers.

On arrival we take credit card details as security in case of damage to the chalet, or if excessive cleaning is necessary. On arrival and at the end of your stay we will read the electricity meter and calculate costs .
