A paradise villa for perfect holidays between the Atlantic & Intracoastal

Updated: 06-Dec-2016
A beautiful villa perfect for your relaxing beach holiday with friends & family

This villa is Enron's former fishing camp / representation house, located in between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal waterway. The sea view is undisturbed and a staircase from the house lead you directly onto your own undisturbed beach. On the Intracoastal side of the villa you have your own dock where you can go on excursions by boat, paddle board, jetski or other fun water activities - or why not enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. There are plenty of fishing opportunities, and the sea life is very rich - wild dolphins and manatees are common in this region. This is the perfect getaway for a family who wants to enjoy a stress-free and fun holiday in paradise. The villa was refurbished to top standards last year. With its 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms the villa can host up to 12 people which also makes it perfect to bring friends on your holiday!

A house that exceeded our expectations

  • 5 of 5

We felt that some of the pictures on the website did not do this property justice. We have spent 13 very happy nights in this house on the beach with family and friends. We enjoyed walks on the beach, sunbathing on the balcony and BBQs in the evening. We fished from the docks which was also a lovely place to just sit and watch the world go by. We enjoyed the sauna and I loved the laundry room!!!! The views were spectacular...!! Laura was always on hand to help with any questions that we had.

A fantastic place to spend quality time with family and friends we hope to come back.

Beautiful Home, Amazing View, Great Space, Serene and Relaxing, Amazing time for the Family

  • 5 of 5

I live in South Florida and wanted an easy getaway during spring break, we had family fly and drive in from other areas and came together in this amazing home. There is plenty of room, double beds in most rooms, one master suite and a a room that looked like an attic with beds on the floor which made it fun for the kids to sleep in yet comfortable enough for adults. The ease of being right on the beach was something we all enjoyed, the kids would get up early to just step out and start to play on the sand and water. The house was stocked with a paddle board and surf board which was something most of us tried out for the first time and added to our experience. The home had plenty of bathrooms for everyone and the living room was something we used every day during our stay, there is even a bed in the living area which made it that more comfortable. We had a fantastic yoga instructor come and teach us yoga at sunrise, there was no need for us to explore the area since we loved the home so much and had plenty to do staying put. It was a fantastic vacation and a place i will be back to in the future.

We can't say enough good things about the the whole experience of staying at the "Barefoot House". We really enjoyed our stay. Laura was a joy to work with. She made our entire experience go as smooth as possible. We can only hope that a return trip is in our future..

Almost made me cry it was so beautiful!

  • 5 of 5

To walk in the door and see the ocean so magnificently clear out the wall of windows was more than amazing! Words cannot express how special our family's experience was. We stayed in this house for a week surrounding my wedding and very much enjoyed every second. We highly intend to stay again in the near future!!!

The 6 bedrooms are not all the same size with differing closet sizes. We found a good place for every guest to stay and a place many many suit cases!! Highly suggest staying here, we split the cost between many guests! Worked out very very good that way.

Beautiful beach house at foot of ocean

  • 5 of 5

This beach front house is both comfortable and architecturally dramatic with sweeping views of the sunrise over the ocean on one side and sunsets over the waterway on the other. The rooms are spacious and the sauna and steam room were both especially nice to have. We had some cool weather in early January and loved using the beautiful stone fireplace. In some respects, this house is like a mountain lodge on the beach with the best of both worlds. There are some partially submerged rocks on the beach that were visible when the tide was low-- bathers should be cautious of this. The property manager was responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

We stayed at this beautiful property the week of Christmas, 2015. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The convenience of being right on the beach and also having the access to the dock on the Intracoastal side was a huge plus. The kids went to the beach in the morning, fished in the afternoon, and went back to the beach before sunset!

There were 7 adults and 6 children in our party and the space was more than enough. The house had everything we needed and was so convenient to shopping and restaurants.

I have to mention the views, so many and from pretty much every room. Views to the beach and Intracoastal allowed us to enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises.

We worked with Laura on the booking and she was amazing! We hope to return to this location on future trips.
