Our home has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms so all the family can vacation in style. South facing pool with extended deck with parasol, games room, PS3 and XBox with cable TV. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen Smart TV and USB ports fitted in each room. Each bathroom has its own hairdryer. Non slip tiled living area. Fully Alarmed House,

Florida 2022

This much delayed return to Florida was a fantastic break. The house is in an excellent position for visits to Disney, Universal and all the other Orlando amenities. There are plenty of restaurants and a large Walmart nearby. Although we were simply happy to relax by the pool at the villa, the water park and pool on the estate looked very inviting for those with younger children. We also appreciated the well managed security checks at the entrance.

Good villa, great location

The villa is very close to Disney and not too far from the Sea World parks either. The resort club and pool area is well appointed, though it was a pity that not all the pool slides etc. were open until just before we were leaving. Plenty of restaurants just a couple of minutes away on US192 and a choice of supermarkets within easy reach. The villa is comfortable and roomy with good facilities but unfortunately there were negatives. The villa did not have the overall standard of cleanliness that it's reasonable to expect in such a property. The shower trays in the downstairs bedrooms were badly scratched and marked, drain covers were loose and underneath them was filthy. The top of the bedposts in the main downstairs bedroom were thick with dust. The runners of the patio doors were full of dirt and grit and there was a cigarette end on the pool deck. The door of one of the kitchen units did not close properly and there was rusty cutlery. The lanai netting was burst at one place which allowed a squirrel to get in - and fortunately to find its way out again! It's a pity that there are such issues. Our family group still had a wonderful time, but we feel we have to mention these things for the owner's benefit as much as anything else.

Lovely Stay

I have visited Florida more than 30 times, and Windsor Hills is my preferred location due to gated security, location etc. This particular villa is lovely and was great to stay in. I would definitely consider using it again on a future stay.
