3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sleeps 8, very easy walking distance to the beach

Situated on Whitesand in Camber Sands, Sixpenny Rock is just a few minutes walk to the wonderful beach with its sloping sand dunes and fabulous stretch of sand.

The house is beautifully decorated and furnished and is cosy, modern and comfortable, making it an ideal holiday cottage for up to 8 guests.

The house has three bedrooms - master bedroom with king-sized bed and ensuite, second bedroom with twin beds, third bedroom with single bed and pull-out truckle bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge, meaning it is able to sleep up to 8 people.

On the ground floor there is a generous living room with comfortable sofas and a 48” flat screen smart TV and Wii games console.

Dining room with large table and views out through french doors to the grassed, south facing garden which makes an ideal place to enjoy al fresco dining, the garden has a decked area and some patio space too.

A modern kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals. The house has a dishwasher and washing machine available for your convenience as well as a Nespresso coffee machine.

There is a family bathroom with shower over on the first floor and a further WC on the ground floor.

Sixpenny Rock is both family-friendly (with many items available to make your packing that bit lighter including stargaze, highchair and travel cot) and it is also dog-friendly too so every member of the family can enjoy a holiday beside the sea.

Lovely house, lovely location

Stayed at Sixpenny rock with a group of friends. The house was lovely, spacious and clean. Location was perfect, close to area of beach where we could take the dogs. Highly recommend this property and we will be booking again for next year.

Excellent for the grandchildren with the beach only a few minutes away.

Excellent child friendly house which looks like a picture book seaside house and is!

For adults a meal at the Gallivant is a must, and only a couple of hundred yards away

If you have a large car parking is on the road as we could get a Golf in front of the garage but an Outlander.... no way

Very clean house, in literally two minutes you are in the sand dunes, most friendly and responsive owners, an abundance of kids stuff for the ocassional rainy day. Great place!

Lovey house well equipped, really clean and with everything you would want and need.

Great place, if u want close to the sands then perfect location.... We had plans in Rye and was only 10 mins so equally great.

Amazing house well presented and very comfortable and a lot bigger than I originally thought so fitted us perfectly.

Even had a nespresso machine (sorry I couldn't find any to replace what I'd drunk) and for someone that needs coffee in the morning it was perfect... The owners left a lovely welcoming basket as well....

All in all 100 out of 10!!!

Clean, spacious, and perfect location

We stayed at this lovely, spacious house for one week with our two children (2 and 4) and another couple with their daughter (2). It was an excellent setup, although the pullout sofabed was quite small and not the most comfortable. Otherwise, everything about the property was perfect. We made great use of the outdoor garden and BBQ and the kids loved the little playhouse.

The house is a short 5 minute walk away from the beach and we made a few day trips out to Hastings and Rye which were very easy to get to. We would certainly stay at this property again in the future if we return to Camber Sands.
