Notes:
Leven is located on the Fife coastal path and has a beautiful golden sand beach to explore. There are amusements for the kids, a skate park, swimming pool/leisure centre, shops, bars and restaurants. Letham Glen and Festival Gardens are ideal for picnics. There is also a Kino Cinema in Leven and take away food shops to suit every taste. If you feel like venturing further afield Leven Bus Station has regular links to the East Neuk and St Andrews, as well as Kirkcaldy, Edinburgh etc. Leven is a good central base to explore the East Coast of Scotland with enough facilities on the doorstep if you just want to kick back, relax and get away from it all.

Smashing cottage.

Very easy for access. Clean, cosy, comfortable cottage. Very well equipped, no faults at all. Made our weekend most enjoyable, a lovely base for touring Fife & Edinburgh. Highly recommended.

Fabulous location for walking, sight-seeing, or golf.

This property is deceptive. Once you are inside it is fabulous. well laid out with lots of little extras. The kitchen is impressive. We loved the spotlessly clean house and this was a re-visit. We used it, again, as a base for going to concerts in Perth, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

The local beach is clean and there are lovely walks alongside the golf courses. The local outdoor gym was visited again.

We'll look to revisit again.

The owner answers all questions promptly and is very helpful.

Fantastic property in a great location!

What a great find! The property is spotless and has everything you need for a break away. We felt right at home and were sat down with a glass of wine within 25 minutes of arriving. Will definitely be back :)

A perfect property for break

This property was very clean and well presented. It had everything in it that we needed. It was very cosy and the bed was very comfortable. Being a short distance from the beach makes this an ideal property for a break. We will certainly be recommending this to friends and family. Thank you again for the early entry.

Perfect

Stayed mid January for a couple of days, visiting family. Great accommodation, well stocked, with high standards of cleanliness throughout. Better than anything else, incl. hotels and b&bs we've tried in the town. Good location for golf, beach and coastal path.The thistle golf club restaurant is across the road, so not even nec. to cook if you don't want! We v. Much hope to go back. Have already suggested it to friends coming home from abroad for a visit this year...just perfect,
