This beautiful two bedroom apartment of 78m2 is situated just off the Rue de Templiers in the heart of the Medieval village of Grimaud. On entering you go up a flight of stairs into a spacious bright comfortable lounge and dining area with large windows which open onto the street below.

The lounge has a television (with Apple TV) and traditional stone open fireplace. There are stairs from the lounge heading up to a mezzanine.

There is a pretty blue and white separate kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. It is bright and looks over the street below.

You step through an archway and come to a tiled corridor which leads to a spacious bath/shower room. At the end of the hallway is the Master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, then a spacious second bedroom. These bedrooms both have windows to ensure they are bright and airy.

This apartment is an excellent choice for your holiday as it is close by may excellent cafes, wine bars and restaurants. There is also a small tourist train which runs between the village and Port Grimaud; you can then get the ferry to St Tropez from the port. Grimaud village is perched overlooking the bright blue bay of the Golfe de Saint Tropez.

Linen and towels can be provided at a cost of 25 € per person per week.
There is an additional charge of 120 € for end of stay cleaning.
The security deposit is due the week before arrival.
This will be returned within one week of departure.

25% required when booking - balance due eight weeks before arrival.
