Diane is a beautiful and comfortable villa situated within the tranquil residential area of Javea called " La Guardia Park"; this private estate with its impressive pillared entrance is very well kept with numerous local shops and bars nearby.

With accommodation for 6 people, the villa is perfect for holiday makers who wish to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation in private surroundings by the poolside.  The house features an outside terrace furnished with dining table, chairs and sun beds as well as a lovely pergola alongside the 4x8m swimming pool, where guests can swim and sunbathe in comfort. There is also a BBQ-BAR area together with a large sofa which is ideal for relaxing afternoons in the sun with a glass of wine and some tapas!

The property features a large and beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean plants and shrubs. The area is very secure with private car parking for 4 cars (gated)

Inside the villa there are 3 stunning double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a lounge/dining room and a veranda, all on one level.  One of the double bedrooms is en suite, with a shower; the second bathroom has a bathtub. The lounge/dining room is bright and comfortable with a large sofa and lovely table and chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the amenities you would expect.  The villa is newly decorated throughout and equipped and furnished to a high standard.  Installations include Wi-Fi, a 42” television with satellite and cable service (UK,French and German TV), a DVD and CD player, an XBOX, gas central heating and air conditioning (all bedrooms). In addition, all of the rooms are fitted with high velocity remote control ceiling fans and windows are fitted with mosquito nets.  A children's high chair and cot available; all linen, including pool towels, is provided; a complementary welcome pack is included; and a baby sitting and translation service is offered. The property is suitable for children and people with restricted mobility, but we request no smoking inside the house and no pets.

Casa Jacaranda is the perfect holiday home to share with family and friends wishing to spend quality time together.

In less than 10 minutes by car you can reach the popular Granadella beach, La Barraca cove, the Cap de la Nao lighthouse and cliffs and some fantastic hiking trails.  And just 3 kilometres away you will find the Playa de l'Arenal, a beautiful wide bay with a safe, clean, sandy beach, volleyball courts and a children's play area. The main attraction here, apart from the lovely sandy beach area, is the wide pedestrian promenade with its large variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Some of the award winning restaurants are definitely a "must try".  In the summer months there is a bustling market on the promenade every evening with live music and street performers.

We purchased our new home in January 2015 after spending many months looking for the right area and type of home we wanted, and now with a complete upgrade indoors and outside we are happy to offer our villa for rent.

Why Diane & Ana chose Javea, Moraira and Denia Area

We were originally looking for a property in the costa de sol, but spent 4 years not finding it!

Our criteria for area and type of villa was high on our list of things we wanted, and after 4 long hard years of looking we came across Javea and fell in love with the whole area.

The Costa Nova area where our villa is situated is peaceful but has plenty to offer during the day or night if you want to go out. The Villa is close to Grandella beach and just a short 10 minute drive to the main beach front with bars, restaurants and shops.

This is a great family area and you are made to feel welcome were ever you go.

What makes this villa unique

We know that renting villas ourselves over the years, sometimes little things during your stay can go wrong, like the washing machine, heating or air con is not working, however you do not need to wory about these type of things, as we have nominated a private agent in Jaeva who will be able to assist you should there be a problem, and they will correct any issue you may find during your stay.

Ana has worked in the industry for several years and her partner is also part of the team to ensure a quick response to any issue.

Just fantastic

The Villa was exactly as described on the web site, the pool, bar/bbq, corner sofa and pergola are fantastic, if the weather is nice which it was for us you will spend all your time outside, the lighting of the gardens, pool etc. adds a really nice ambience. Whilst we didn't watch tv much it was nice to have English tv including sky sports.

Kitchen well equipped with bottled sauces etc. from previous guests left for others to use, seems sensible. Crockery is a bit random insomuch very little matches but it didn't bother us.

Overall it's the best villa we have stayed in, we are quite fussy being the older end but we loved it that much we have booked for 2018 already.

Villa Diane - two fab weeks in the great outdoors!

Our family, two of us and our four year old, and wife's mum and dad, enjoyed a two week stay at Villa Diane, the last two weeks of June 2017.

The villa is on a small estate conveniently located for Javea, just a five minute drive away, and with local amenities nearby. We were initially attracted by the outdoor space, the pool, bar, bbq and gazebo were just as fabulous as they appeared on the website, if not even better in real life.

We were met by the friendly owners, who showed us in and gave us a quick tour; despite being delayed by over four hours (thanks BA!) we were immediately made to feel at home and relaxed. After popping to one of the (many) nearby supermarkets for supplies, we fired up the bbq, chilled the beers and chilled!

The villa is described well on the web and didn't disappoint, we didn't really use the indoors, other than sleeping and showering, but the kitchen is well-equipped and lounge comfortable and relaxing. The naya ("porch") was great for early morning breakfast and for evening chill-outs.

There are plenty of beaches around, Arenal, just a few minutes away, is the only really sandy one and is lively (but not loud) with plenty to do and some great bars and restaurants. Bar Fuego was a particular favourite of ours, fantastic for steak, cold beer and cocktails!

It was, unsurprisingly, really hot, though there was a pretty much constant breeze to take the edge off the temperature, it was tempting to stay round the pool, and we did, plenty of days! It was fantastic to relax by the pool, get a cold beer from the bar and listen to music on the sound system, and once the sun went down, turn on the disco lights!!

We have travelled widely, including a range of top end All Inclusive resorts in Europe and the Caribbean, and having now had a taste of what independent travelling/villa holidays have to offer, I can say with some certainty that this is now our preferred holiday type. Villa Diane was fabulous, the property, the thought and care provided by the owners, and the location in a lovely part of Spain have definitely made up our minds once and for all. Would I recommend, Villa Diane, absolutely certainly!!

Beautiful Villa, with great outdoor space!

Had a really great stay. The Villa is really impressive and well looked after.

Loads of outdoor space and options for relaxing, eating and drinking.

Several beaches and supermarkets just a short drive away.

Diane was there to welcome and say good bye to us and gave it that personal touch.

Would seriously consider coming back again in the future.

Lovely villa with beautiful outdoor space!

We had a fantastic holiday at this lovely villa in Javea. Anna (Property Manager) and her husband were very welcoming and we also had contact with the owner, Diane, who was very helpful in answering our questions before our stay.

The villa's outdoor space is a real plus with several relaxing areas and beautiful gardens and features. The outdoor bar area was great fun too! There is a modern newly fitted kitchen and open-plan dining/living space too. The villa is very well equipped and perfectly located for easy access to Arenal beach, Cap de la Nau, and Granadella beach. All are around 5 mins drive through residential areas. Easy access to supermarkets - Consum, Aldi, Mercadona, local supermarket etc. - just a few mins by car.

At Arenal beach there is a great selection of 20+ bars/restaurants along the promenade - it is ~EUR10 for a local taxi. This was our first visit to this area of Spain and it is very pretty without the high-rise hotels/apartments of other areas further South. Would thoroughly recommend the area and villa and we will definitely return!

Beautiful villa

We had a truly relaxing holiday and, as Owners Direct veterans, can honestly say that it was one of the loveliest villas we have stayed in. The pool was scrupulously clean - very important - and not at all overlooked - doubly important. Thanks go to Ana for all her help, particularly for posting on items we had forgotten to pack!

Paradise

We had a wonderful 2 weeks here. Our children 3 and 5 years absolutely adored the villa and grounds. There is nothing not to love about this villa. We have stayed in many villas along this coast line and this villa exceeds them all.

The grounds are meticulous - the owners clearly love their home as everything is so well thought out and designed.

The photographs do not do the villa justice - the reality is even better.

So many different areas to play / party / relax. Hardly any steps so ideal for little people running around. All the bedrooms are near each other, which we particularly liked as our children are young.

Javea is so pretty - we have stayed in Moraira and Denia but would choose Javea every time. Already looking forward to returning to this villa next year.

If you are looking for a villa in Spain then look no further you won't find anywhere as beautiful - exceptional value for money.

Javea (also known as Xabia) is a small town situated on the Northen Costa Blanca. This popular coastal resort offers beautiful sandy and rocky beaches which have been awarded the prestigious European “Blue Flag” award for cleanliness and safety. The climate is clement throughout the year, being mild in the winter and pleasantly hot in the summer.There are more recorded hours of sunshine in Javea than in any other place in Spain ! Indeed the World Health Organization has designated Javea as one of the healthiest climates in the world. Javea is divided into three separate areas: the Arenal, the,Port and the Historic Town Centre. In all of them you will find a tremendous selection of shops, cafés ,bars and restaurants offering an excellent selection and variety of quality cuisine. Javea is a beautiful and charming place to spend a lovely time with your family and friends.

Access to Javea is excellent, being centrally situated between Alicante Airport(90km) and Valencia Airport(105km) at Junction 62 and 63 of the A7 motorway which runs just a few kilometers from the coast ,both connecting to Javea. There is also a coast road from both airports if you don't want to use the motorway.
