This light, elegant Art Deco one bedroom luxurious apartment (90 square meters, recently renovated) with a vast marble floor living room is tastefully furnished and has three double windows/doors onto a breakfast balcony with spectacular views.

Below the apartment the 'chic' shopping 'quartier', restaurants, cafés, bars and clubs and casinos are all within a short walking distance. The 'old town' and the famous 'Cours Salaya' flower/ fruit/vegetable/antique market place just five minutes walk through the cool gardens.

From the balcony at night, the illuminated Nice skyline including the Casino Ruhl, Plaza Hotel and the famous rue Paradis.

A perfect apartment, perfect location

A very nice apartment perfectly located in Nice center.

We enjoyed our stay from the first second. You almost can't get a better located apartment in Nice if you want to stay close to everything. The apartment is clean and well maintained. Perfect for a couple.

When we arrived the manager Madame Demacon waited for us and give us a instruction about the facilities. Very nice.

The view from the balcony is one of the best you can get in Nice. Whatever you want to go to left or right when you are leaving this apartment, you are in the middle of the city with shops and restaurants all around. The beach is almost straight outside the door. Watch the prices for the different beaches. Some are expensive. We have been several times in Nice on different hotels before. Now in september was our second time to Nice this year. This was our first time in a private apartment, but we really want to go back next year if possible. We loved it!

Only concern for some people is maybe the elevator. It's tiny! And the stairs is long.

We have been in a lot of cities around in Europe, but one of the thing we really love with Nice is that you can find all kind of restaurants everywhere. No problem to find an excellent and expensive restaurant if you want to. But the main part have nice prices for a very good lunch or dinner.

We can very much recommend this apartment for your stay in Nice.
