Location, location, location. That's what you get with this spacious 5 bed holiday villa which is just a few minutes walk away from the white sandy beach, pink granite rocks and lush blue sea of Brittany's Cote D'armour.

The property itself is like a tardis and provides space and comfort for 2-10 people. Set within a long and enclosed garden it has a small heated swimming pool and spa enclosed within a glass conservatory for all year use. Fully equipped and comfortably furnished the villa is laid out in two halves with separate staircases and living rooms for maximum privacy when two families are sharing. The property itself is like a tardis and provides space and comfort for 2-10 people. Set within a long and enclosed garden it has a small heated swimming pool and spa enclosed within a glass conservatory. In the one half, there is a bathroom/ separate toilet upstairs together with a double bedded room and a twin bedded room.Totally separate from these are the other three bedrooms in the other half of the house. These being a downstairs double bedded room with ensuite shower room and above this two twin bedded rooms.On this floor there is also a toilet and shower room.

Books, DVD's, board games, 2 x SKY freeview TV (UK),1 x Freeview TV (French), some bicycles and even a small games room are provided for maximum enjoyment regardless of season or weather. There is direct access from the ground floor master ensuite bedroom both into the swimming pool and spa area and it is a superb property in a fantastic location.

To get there: There are increasingly more flights to regional airports across Brittany from the UK and with car hire available.

Travel by car remains the most popular choice and we recommend Brittany Ferries for quick and convenient crossings between Plymouth and Roscoff and just over a one hour drive on arrival in France and alternatively Crossings to St. Malo with just over two hours drive. Caen, Le Havre and other ports higher up the coast can also be used with an increased drive time in France.

For visitors from the South or East of England the channel tunnel or short Dover/Folkstone crossings can be used and offer very reasonable crossing prices but with a long drive the other end.

The village: Trelevern village is very pretty and has the facilities you require to avoid having to drive. A year around bar and minimarket, restaurants, lovely bakers and patisserie and even a butchers shop. A short drive away at the market town of Lannion you have all the features of a main town including hypermarkets but also a hystoric centre with tiny shops, bars and bistros. Lannion also has perhaps the best street markets in the entire area.

Activities: In addition to the obvious attraction of the superb local beach the villa is an ideal base for touring the North coast of Brittany by car, walking the coastal path and is also a fantastic location for bird watchers. Brent Geese, Little Egret, Stone Chat, Rock Pipit, Black Cap, Green Woodpecker and many other species all too rare in the UK are all seen in the local area.

There are also many attractions to explore in Britanny's Cotes d'Armor region.. If you want country or coastal walks, to visit glorious chateaux with formal gardens or amble around picturesque market towns, Cotes D'Armor has it all. You can take numerous boat trips to explore islands such as Isle of Brehat or the Sept Isles which is great for wildlife enthusiasts. A delightful steam train journey is also available from Paimpol to .Pontrieux. The area is also ideal if you fancy a spot of fishing, sailing, surfing, golfing, cycling or horse riding.For a great family day out there is Armoriparc a small water park just 25 minutes drive away with indoor/outdoor pools,boating lakes and other amusements activities.

The fabulous Oceanopolis aquarium at Brest is also sure to please.

C'est le premier examen vraiment négatif que nous avons reçu en sept ans de location de la propriété. Personne ne s'est jamais plaint de sujet de nettoyage et que nous prenons cela très au sérieux. Nos nettoyeurs ont été informés afin que les normes sont maintenues.

La propriété ne peut pas avoir la télévision française dans tous les chambres mais il ya une salle de télévision qui a désignée avec toutes les chaînes gratuites françaises qui utilisent le système TV d'Orange.

L'afflux d'eau dans une des chambres ne s'est jamais produit avant et était sans doute aux conditions météorologiques, les vents très forts et pluie lourde. La fenetre de cette côté de la maison et bardage sera toutefois examiné et réparé car quelques dégâts a été causé par le vent.

La perte de l'alimentation du spa et de la pompe / système de chauffage pour la piscine était à nouveau en raison des conditions de la météo sévère qui a provoqué des fluctuations de tension résultant en l'activation des disjoncteurs. Un électricien viendra donc visiter la propriété et regardera ces derniers comme elles semblent être trop sensible.

La salle de jeux contenait une petite table de ping pong (interieur) (il y a aussi un plus grande dehors) et un baby foot, des vélos et tout marche OK. Le table de l’air hockey’ marchait mais est cassé maintenant. Ce a été retiré de l'utilisation.

La description de la propriété est exacte et bien que le spa a été changé de celui illustré sur la photo, ce qui a été mis à niveau vers une version plus grande.

Nous sommes désolés que ce client n'était pas satisfait de la propriété comme nous le faisons tout ce que est possible pour fournir un hébergement de qualité. C'est pour nous un examen très décevant qui n'est pas typique de tous les autres commentaires, nous avons reçus de clients satisfaits. Pour ce point, nous avons toujours eu une note de cinq étoiles comme on peut le voir sur notre annonce avec le principal annonceur ‘Home and Away UK.

Great house, great location!

A wonderful week at a great location, the accommodation was 1st class perfect for our family with young children who especially liked the pool and of course the lovely nearby beach. Would recommend this property and area to anyone.

Excellent house for four generations

A family reunion to celebrate a 90th birthday. The house is such a clever layout that it accommodated eight adults and one young toddler with ease. The kitchen/dining room with an ample lounge area meant that meal preparation could be a communal thing and the further lounge allowed a quiet area if needed.

The heated pool is small but was sufficient to do a few strokes or 'water yoga' in the morning or allow a youngster to have a bit of a splash around using the available water aids. Then the jacuzzi hot tub was an added bonus for the adults to indulge. We found that the insulation was sufficient to allow the heater to be switched off over night and still be plenty warm enough in the morning.

The games available in the garden sheds were not used but would pass time for some youngsters and so too the long garden in which we had a visit from a green woodpecker on the first morning.

The house location is excellent. A lovely walk down to the shore along which further coastal walks go either way. We had some wonderful sunsets and were intrigued with the huge tidal range. You can walk the other way into the village where there is an excellent baker, butcher and epicerie where we had fresh milk ordered by the very friendly and helpful shop assistant/owner.

Into a car and you have not far to the north the spectacular Cote de Granit Rose which must not be missed. Easy access from the Plage St Guirec and walk northeast to Ploumanach and try and imagine what the weirdly shaped rocks look like. We had two excellent lunches at a cafe beside the car park there. Mussels, crevettes or delicious salads then follow with crepes and caramel sauce all washed down with local cider on tap drunk from cups.

Lannion to the south was interesting with the half timbered houses and we also saw some canoe slalom competition which was great fun.

We only had 5 nights (early May) and kept pretty local but it was a lovely holiday.

Great location, close to a beautiful beach

The house was perfect for 2 families, the pool entertained the children. The house was well equipped and supplied with everything we needed.We loved walking to the beach and the village. Great scenery and walks in the area. Nice weather during our stay

Bra bas för Bretagneresa

Beskrivning av huset stämde med verkligheten. Bra rum och praktisk kök och bra mindre bassäng och dessutom bubbelbad. Fungerade med rullstol som utlovats. Trädgården lite men ok och framförallt relativt nära till fin badstrand. Trelevern trevlig by. I övrigt utmärkta mataffärer på ca 8 km avstånd. Bil behövs. Många fina platser att besöka i närheten både för natur- och kulturintresserade. Hade hoppats på mer kontakt med Bretonspråk och kultur, får bli nästa gång.

Steve och Rachel som ansvarade för huset var mycket hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående.

Huset kan rekommenderas för upp till tio vuxna (vi var åtta).

Bra relation mellan pris och standard.

A most enjoyable stay in a well set up gite.

The gite was very well set up for our three generations and having a second sitting room was great for the younger ones. We loved being a short walk from a beautiful beach and enjoyed our fresh croissants each morning from the boulangerie in the village.

The pool was extremely popular with the grandchildren and the hot tub lovely for the grown ups.

Thank you to Rachel and Steve for keeping everything running smoothly.

Family get together and Granny's 82nd Birthday

Really lovely house and fab location. We all loved the pool but wish it was bigger! Still had so much fun in it though. B

Local beach was beautiful and felt like our own private beach as hardly saw anyone there. House was very well equipped and we didn't want for anything. Rachel was so helpful in every way especially when Granny broke her arm and we needed help with hospital!, thank you Rachel you made it very easy for us. I think it would be a good idea to update some other the other outdoor games and bikes as sadly they were not very useable. Table tennis table was very twisted and had no bounce. Bikes lacking brakes. We had more than enough to do but other families might need them a bit more. Great variety of shops and beaches all nearby. Will come back in the future.

This great 5 bed holiday villa is just a few minute walk away from the white sandy beach, pink granite rocks and lush blue sea of Brittany’s Cote D'Armor. Bar/shop/restaurants are also within easy walking distance enabling you to park up the car and enjoy! The location of this property could not be better. When you do want to drive the marina at Perros Guerec is the next bay along the coast and the vibrant and historic market town of Lannion is only 8km away with a full range of large and small shops, bistros, street markets and much more. The northern coastline of Brittany is a wonderful mix of dunes leading to huge sandy beaches and pink granite rocks reaching out into the sea to form a series of islands. With only one sixth of the UK population density they remain fairly uncrowded even in the height of summer. The native Breton language is spoken along with French and you can be assured of a warm welcome in the many small bars and restaurants of the area, shops and markets.
