Live a castle experience in the heart of Saint Germain des Près! Remarkable landmark, 5 mn from Le Bon Marché, 7 mn from Orsay Museum.

1991 square feet penthouse with apparent woodbeams, hardwood floor, castle mouldings and 13 feet height ceilings, with a stunning view on the Eiffel Tower and Invalides Dome.

On the last floor of this safe building, the apartment is composed of a 754 square feet living room, 2 large bedrooms (323 square feet each) both including a fully equipped bathroom, powder room in the entrance.

The entrance gives onto a hallway leading on the left side to the living room with its separated kitchen.

The living room is sunny thanks to its windows offering an amazing view on the “Dome des Invalides”, Tour Eiffel and Paris rooftops.

It has 2 sofas and 2 armchairs, a television with international channels, unlimited wireless with high speed connection, a landline with free international calls for more than 100 countries and cells for US, Canada and France. The dining area is just in front of the separated kitchen, with a large wood table. You can have your meals and enjoy a great view of Paris. The kitchen is traditional and fully equipped.

From the living-room and the dining area, you reach the master double bedroom suite with a king size bed. The view is the same as the living room, and thanks to the west-orientation, you won’t be bothered by the noise. The bedroom has a desk and its own bathroom fully equipped with a bathtub, an Italian shower and the toilet.

On the opposite side of the apartment, on the right of the entrance, the large hallway leads to the laundry room equipped with a sink, a washer and a dryer MIELE. The hallway has windows giving to a clear view with Tour Montparnasse and Parisian rooftops.

The second bedroom is located at the end of this hallway. It is a double bedroom suite, with a double queen size bed (or 2 single), a desk in front of windows offering a rooftop view. The bathroom attached has an Italian shower and toilet.

Tout est parfait dans cet appartement.

L' endroit est magnifique , la vue exceptionnelle, l' ambiance tres agreable due a la decoration. Tout est a la portee de la main, les cinemas, les magasins etc... le service de l' agence est impeccable, les gens tres aimables .

Parfait! Amazing location with spectacular views!

I stayed in Paris for 10 weeks. The first month was in another apartment in the 6th near the Odeon. And when I compare this apartment and its location (for about the same price) to the other one there is no comparison. This is the nicest apartment I have ever rented and I loved the location. I really felt like I was living with Parisians (and not tourist). The apartment is just two block from Bon Marche which is great for foodies. The apartment is huge, with lots of light and spectacular views of the Tour Eiffel and Les Invalides. I stayed in what I called the West Wing in the master bedroom and when I had friend/family visit they stayed in the East Wing. I can't recommend this apartment enough...it truly was Parfait!!!

Luxurious, stunning views and uber comfortable

The views from this apartment are so stunning literally every single visitor who came by during our stay took photos and posted them on Facebook.

It wasn't "home away from home" because it was so much more stunning and spacious than my own home -- vast rooms, glorious vistas, window boxes full of life and beautiful decor. The neighborhood is calm and quiet and I really appreciated that as a refuge from the busy city. The location is convenient and the Grand Epicèrie at Le Bon Marché meant that we had access to the finest food on earth minutes walk away. It was heaven. I would stay there any and every time I could.

Kiss Napoleon Good Night, if you like

Buried in a quiet residential street that ends in a partial cul de sac, complete with a small parc is an elegant stone building that houses the wonderful apartment we called home while in Paris this summer.

We are an active bunch and love to walk and sight see, even though my grand daughters are only three and five. But at the end of the day, when everyone is tired, we relished meeting for a fabulous home cooked meal around a dining room table that looked like it came from a castle far, far away.

Of course it's not difficult to be moved when you can see the the Eiffel tower becoming a beacon in the night from your very own dining room.

After the kids were asleep my husband and I sat every evening watching dusk overcome the city of lights and marvelling at the beauty of it all: from our bedroom window we could clearly see the illuminated dome of Les Invalides, the military complex built by Louis XIV for his aged and sick soldiers, which houses the mortal remains of none other than Napoleon Bonaparte.

There are busier parts of Paris that one can stay in, but one of the things we liked the most was the quiet residential character of the streets surrounding the apartment. Within a five minute walk is Bon Marché's La Grand Épicerie, a foodie hang out if there ever was one, where we would grab last minute things for dinner that night.

The apartment is spacious and elegant because of it's situation but the appointments are rather casual which is what we prefer: sofas with cozy fabrics, a wood floor showing natural veining throughout and solid wood beams with a cathedral effect.

This apartment is best for two couples or a family with teenagers as the second bedroom is far from the master bedroom and we had a night or two of walking back and forth as our little ones got used to a new place.

But the luxury of having a lot of space (especially in crowded Paris) made up for that small loss of sleep, and of course we looked forward to sending Napoleon a good knight kiss, every night!

Fantastic, beautiful, clean , everything was there

We spent a wonderfoul stay in this gorgeous apartment with an increible view over the tour Eiffel and the invalides and the typical roofs of Paris .The place is enormous, the facilities fantastic . Everything we need was there , clean and perfect...

The decoration has a plendid parisan taste . Internet sometimes wasn' t totally working well.We recommend it to everyone who wishes living as a parisian way. The location couldn' t be better.

Concerning the internet, the apartment is very big so it is true that the signal may be weak when you are on the exact other side of the apartment. Therefore, we had installed an internet device that repeats the signal to the master bedroom and living room but you unintentionally disconnected it during the stay. This is our mistake, we didn’t mention where the device was, we will make sure the next renters know about this! Minimum stay is 6 nights but rates are still the one for a week, minimum rental rate is a week.
