The villa is large and comfortable and has been decorated in a classic Mallorcan style updated. The highlight of the property is its direct access to the sea and spectacular outside, where there is a modern swimming pool, three pleasant terraces including a covered dining area, a chill-out area and excellent sea views. One of the great attractions of the villa is the possibility of celebrating meals or dinners and meetings in its large lounge or on its large terrace. All the decoration breathes quality and originality. The modern kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. It has six bedrooms, one of the bedrooms with breathtaking views over the sea, hydro massage bathtub in-suite, the second of them with double bed and wardrobe, the third with bunk bed, closet and study table, the fourth bedroom with trundle bed and wardrobe, the fifth bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and the last bedroom with single bed, study table and wardrobe, also has office and a living room with fireplace, a comfortable sofa and two armchairs with dining table, also it has a living room with nice sofas and dining table. The villa also has six bathrooms in total some with shower and others with bathtub. The bedrooms have been individually decorated in keeping with the rest of the house.

The capacity of this Villa is 12 people being able to add an extra person with additional cost, sleeping on extra bed.

Cala Marçal is one kilometer from Portocolom. It is a spacious beach and totally sheltered from waves and waves. It is the largest and most comfortable beach in Portocolom and is often frequented by tourists staying at the nearest hotels.

Suitable for the draft of boats has a sandy bottom of the central part and another rocky with algae on the sides. It is located, by sea, outside the bay of Portocolom less than 1,5 km.

Access by road is easy from any point. In its surroundings we will find restaurants, bars, hotels and souvenirs.
