This splendid Villa is located in Cala d´Or, it is a lovely spot with direct acces to a little sandy beach. The atmosphere is family friendly and quiet.

The house is Architectural Heritage of Santanyí. Distributed in 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge and kitchen, and it has a very nice terrace/solarium facing the sea, where to sunbath and enjoy the views.

It is equipped with appliances such as AC, TV, DVD, WIFI, fully equipped kitchenware, linens and towels, dishwasher, washing machine, etc...

This is a great opportunity to spend a superb stay in Cala d´Or with a group of friends or the family.

Perfect location and perfect stay!

We stayed in the villa for one week and we thought it was excellent!

Rudi was our contact point before and during the rental and provided efficient and very professional service, he was very responsive for all our requests.

The situation of the villa is excellent. As per the pictures, it is situated right on the beach which is very nice with very clear water, with direct access through a small door. There is a small hotel opposite (a bit of noise in the evenings), but overall we thought the beach was one of the best during our vacation (we stayed in three different locations over 2 weeks), it was busy at it was high season but still very pleasant. The next beach (Cala Gran I think) can also be reached by foot in less than 5 minutes or even better by swimming, which we did a number of times during the week. The villa is on a very nice quiet residential area, however, it is also five minute walk from the city centre, with a small supermarket and plenty of shops and restaurants.

The house itself was nice with 4 bedrooms and as per the pictures, it was very clean on arrival, but we mainly used the outside terrace which was overlooking the beach, with the BBQ. Kitchen was good and well equiped which we appreciated as we had small children and had a number of meals in the house.

We also liked Cala d'Or which is a nice resort with low-rise traditional white majorcan buildings.

Beste lokatie van Mallorca

Als ervaren huurder lang gezocht naar de mooiste locatie en gevonden. huis is ruim en rustig, maar toch maar op 200m lopen van het gezellige centrum. Het strandje voor de deur is zelfs in het hoogseizoen niet overbevolkt. Vanaf het dakterras prachtig uitzicht op de baai en hebben heerlijke feestjes gevierd, zonder dat iemand hier overlast van had.

echte aanrader en kom zeker terug. de service van Rudi was vriendelijk en duidelijk zoals het hoort.
