Public transports are available right down the building and you can also walk straight to Marina within 10min and to the Cathedral within 5 minutes!

Offering a maximum capacity of 6 people, you will find in this property 1 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed with the possibility of adding another single folding bed with an additional price. You will also enjoy the comfort of 2 complete bathrooms with toilet, shower and bath tube. Fully equipped, this property will provide you with TV, wifi, Air Condioning, heating, entirely equipped and modern kitchen as well as washing machine.

NOT a diamond apartment

The first inconvenience was having to pick keys up from UEP Welcome Sevices office. On arrival we rported to them that the main light in Living room & in the double bedroom were not working. During our 10 day stay no action was taken. Furthermore we discovered that a lamp in the double bedroom & in the twin bedroom did not work. We were forced to sit at the kitchen/dining end every evening. There was a very small kettle which for an apartment that size was totally inadequate. No supply of handwash in either bathroom, no spare binliners & we had to purchase toilet paper & washing-up liquid. My friends & I have holidayed in Palma for the last 10 years & apart from thr location which was ideal we would not consider booking this apartment again.

Disappointing Apartment

We were disappointed in the state of the Diamond Apartment, Carrier Pescatoria, Palma. Although we loved the position and size, it failed to live up to claims of having 'a well equipped kitchen' . We chose this rental because we enjoy cooking the excellent local produce.

The flat lacked certain items mentioned on the inventory.

2 kitchen knives not 3

Chopping board

3 pans not 5

No oven dish

5 not 6 salad and dessert bowls

5 not 6 wine glasses

Kettle was of poor quality

No filters for coffeemaker

Not enough toilet paper

Tiny amount of washing -up liquid and no spare bin liners

No soap or shower gel.

We have done many rental holidays and there is always the/coffee/bottle of water/salt/pepper/welcome book of instructions.

It took me 2 days to find the hairdryer. An apron for the kitchen would have been nice.

This property has some maintenance issues.

The pole for living room curtains had partially come down and we put it back up.

Three main lights did not work.

The toilet door near the kitchen has no proper handle. There is a small lock to shut it on the inside but when not in use it it swings open.

Incidentally I would not have booked had I realized that key collection is in a small office about a mile away from the airport.

I did email the management as advised in their instructions while I was still in the apartment but they did not reply.

I have used HomeAway on several occasions and have more than satisfied before.

Excellent

A group of 7 of us stayed for a long weekend and the house was perfect. Very central, with quirky staircases leading you to a number of levels. Well equipped kitchen and lots of comfortable sitting areas, inside and out. We were well looked after with the owners making it clear that if we needed anything they would be quick to help (we didn't need anything). We would definitely book it again.
