This tastefully furnished one bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of a secure complex & has a large sun terrace with table and chairs. It overlooks the pool and has sea views. The spacious open/living area has fully fitted kitchen with fridge, oven, 2 hobs, kettle, toaster and a micro wave cooker. There is set of crockery and cutlery for 4 persons. There is a flat screen TV with English TV BBC/ITV package together with a DVD/Radio.

The apartment has a WIFI connection for use by the guests.

There is a sofa bed which can also accomodate extra person. The bedroom has a large double bed with wardrobe which incorporates a large safe for your valueables. There is a salana room which houses the washing and stores the ironing board and cleaning items.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wc. washbasin and houses a top loader washing machine.

The Old Town of Puerto Del Carmen is sited on the hill, the apartment is not ideal for wheel chair users or disabled as there is a gradient from the main gate to the apartment with distance of 200 metres. There are bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and shops within walking distance. There is car parking area in front of the apartment.

The bus stop to Arrecife , Playa Blanca and Airport is close by.

Its in quiet location but close to transport links of local bus service to all parts of Lanzarote. But at the same time you can enjoy the port with the ferry service to Puerto Calero, snorkelling, diving classes, fish restuarants in the Old Town and the many bars.

Lomo Verde

Stayed here last week, grounds going up a hill to Lomo Verde very tired needs some maintainence. When we reached our apartment was very pleased to see we were right near the pool, and could see the sea. The apartment was very spacious, had everything in it that you could wish for, like home from home with the gadgets, Wifi, dvd player English channels on tv, cd player not that we used them only the tv. If you want to cookk yourselves their is full equipment in the kitchen. The owner was very informative, any questions we had got beck to us straight away. Linda and Richard who manages the apartment, any questions or small problems you had they were on hand 24hrs aday. Top marks to them. People were very friendly, met some really nice people. Would recommened.

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment that is ideally situated for the Old Town. It has everything you would need for a great self catering holiday. The complex is very quiet with a very nice pool area. Would highly recommend.

Clean, adequately furnished and equipped In a peaceful location.

We had a lovely stay and will return next year. We were especially grateful to be allowed to stay in the apartment on our last day as our flight wasn't until the evening. We enjoyed some lovely meals in the local town which is a short and pleasant walk. The views from the balcony are lovely and we both had post holiday blues afterwards!

Excellent value for money

Just home this am, had a wonderful holiday, apt was fine had all required amenities for a self catering holiday, a short walk uphill to the complex. It it did not Deter us even with my husband mobilit problems, some work was being carried out at the pool, and one of the nearby apt was having a refit, but it really did not disturb us much, the local residents were all very friendly, a really enjoyable holiday for a cheap week away . Would definitely recommend it.

Perfect location to Old Town Harbour

Lovely s/c apartment that would accommodate 4 comfortably if required using the bed settee in the lounge. Kitchen is fully equipped should you want to cook with toaster and microwave. The welcome pack of tea/coffee/sugar/milk and water was a lovely gesture. There is free WiFi and UK channels through the TV for those that need to catch up on British soaps!

The bed was firm but comfortable and there is plenty of storage space. A safe is provided in the apartment for guests use, along with iron facilities and extra towels/bedding if required. We purchased a couple of lilo's to use for the sunbeds around the pool as without they are extremely uncomfortable (these have been left for future guests use)

The bathroom is spacious and modern with hairdryer provided and if guests needed to rinse any clothing there is a washing machine in the bathroom.

From the main gates it's a couple of minute walk uphill in the complex and the apartment is conveniently located on the gf opposite the pool. The grounds and gardens are well maintained and was very peaceful.

Turning right then left out of the apartment leads you to the walk down to the harbour. En route the Purple Turtle Bar does an amazing breakfast where we frequented daily. Approx 5 mins from the apartment down hill leads you to the old town Harbour area. There are an abundance of beautiful restaurants here so take your pick! The walk back up the hill isn't too bad provided you're mobile but there are plenty of taxis at the bottom of the hill if you feel its too much.

A taxi from the airport cost €17 and just a minute walk from the apartment is a bus stop where you can explore the island.

We walked in Puerto Del Carmen main strip which is approx 20 mins walk away, but I have to say we much preferred the Old Town location, much more relaxed and charming - but it all depends on what you want! The Biosfera Shopping Centre in 10 mins walk in the direction of PDC and is nice to pass an hour or so with some designer shops/eating places and cinema. The weather this time in January unlike 2016 was fairly mixed and cool in an evening, so bring a jacket.

We have loved the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere at the apartments and enjoyed the abundance of quality restaurants down in the Old Town.
