Studio of 40m2 at 50m from the Levante beach, is composed of a living room with 2 single beds and very comfortable mattresses, sofa bed with 2 mattresses of 80cm by 180cm. Kitchen equipped with oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, two doors and window. Bathroom with shower, glazed terrace with views to the sea and avenue. There are also fans, awnings and bedding.
There is no numbered place, NO parking place guaranteed.
The swimming pool is open during the day and from June to September, there is NO lifeguard, regulations must be followed as well as the kind of swimwear to use.

Le seul bémol frigo fonctionne pas bien déçu car on perdu beaucoup d’aliment les matelas pas de bonne qualité ainsi que les linge
