About this property

Villa of 110 square meters on two levels:
The upper floor has three bedrooms (one double air-conditioned with balconies overlooking the sea, a smaller room with two single beds or one double bed with blades rotating in the chandelier, a bedroom with two bunk beds and one single, all well-appointed ) and a bathroom with shower
The lower level has a large lounge with two sofas, an extendable table and living room furniture, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine.
The exterior is composed of a front porch with an outdoor lounge, a back porch covered by a wooden canopy with built-in kitchen and a large outdoor dining table, there is also an outside enclosed shower with hot water. On the side there is a small road for car parking and a small garden
All the furniture is in excellent condition.

Two bicycles and a camping cot are available.

Casa spaziosa e pulita, proprietari disponibili e accoglienti, biancheria per letti e bagno ben puliti e iguenuzzati. Distanza dalla spiaggia di sabbia 12 minuti a piedi, posto molto tranquillo. I Bar la farmacia e quanche locale si arriva a piedi, per la spesa meglio utilizzare l'auto ma comunque a pochi km.

Pulizia ok. Stanze ok. Spaziosa con ampio giardino. Possibilità di cucinare e mangiare all'esterno. Parcheggio interno. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.
