There is a small utility room which houses a washing machine, ironing board and clothes dryer. There is an iron kept in the kitchen. A small supply of cleaning goods available in the kitchen.

The lounge opens up onto a patio area with a shaded dinning area and a further area for sunbathing. A table and seating allows Al fresco dining on veranda and patio. Direct access through private gate from patio to communal pool and beautiful gardens.
