This gorgeous villa sits in a superb location, overlooking the lovely swimming pool, with the sea straight behind. Situated within a private gated community, 50 meters from the sea and local beach, this villa offers everything you could want in your Cyprus holiday. It sleeps 6, in one double room (en suite) and 2 twin rooms, with 2 bathrooms and separate WC. The spacious open plan living area features nice light furnishings and a cosy fireplace corner. Private grounds surround the villa, with large front and back patios and off road parking, as well as a fantastic roof terrace!

The garden at the back is the perfect sun trap on a windy day. The communal pool is directly in front of the villa and features Roman steps and even a separate children's pool. There are also pool showers, changing rooms and WCs.

• This lovely new villa has a large open plan living area which includes a spacious well equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, and a nice dining area with extendable table. • There are high sloping ceilings and unobstructed views out over the sea and sunset through two sets of double sliding doors which lead onto the large 30m2 front patio. • 2 large sofas as well as separate seating in front of the fire place also make it a really cosy and inviting area for relaxing. • Two of the bedrooms open up onto the patio and garden areas. • The back patio is the perfect place on a windy day - while the large front area is great with its gorgeous views. • The villa grounds are surrounded by walls, adding to safety with children and also a sense of complete privacy. Private rooftop terrace - this really is a villa you will love! Welcome packs provided. Mid-week linen change and cleaning on request at an extra charge payable locally. Please note check in is after 3.00 pm. Departure 11.00 am

Wonderful stay in Villa Elmani

This villa was very well equipped in the kitchen,bedrooms had loads of storage with extra bedding if needed(even lots of hangers-unheard of in most rented accommodation)Very tastefully furnished and the space was amazing.The pictures on the web site are a good indication of what to expect,especially the wonderful views and the fabulous villa but reality is so much better.As a family of three generations-the eldest 83yrs- we could find no fault with Villa Elmani.

Stunning views and excellent facilities!

The villa was perfect! Larger than we expected with a brilliant range of facilities. Arcadia Village is very quiet and peaceful and the residents are friendly and welcoming.

The pool area was gorgeous, very clean with an amazing, uninterrupted view of the sea and shoreline.

*Just be aware that the sun-beds belong to specific villas so remember to carry down the ones from yours to avoid any awkward encounters with fellow guests in neighbouring villas.

If the sea isn’t too choppy you can have a go at snorkelling (as you’ll see many of the locals do) in the small bays just about a minutes walk up the path, turning left out of the gate by the pool. The water is quite shallow and there’s lots of rocks to stand on if you get tired.

I’d definitely recommend purchasing some aqua shoes at the start of the holiday for activities like this to avoid getting any nasty scratches, they’re only around eight euros in any of the souvenir shops and they’ll get plenty of use on the rocky, pebbly beaches around Paphos.

The handbook in the villa is very helpful. It has lots of useful information such as directions to the nearest supermarkets etc.

We hired a car which made getting around a lot easier. Especially when shopping for six adults!

There is a bus which runs regularly at the top of the road (around 5 mins walk) which is a very handy and cheap way to get to Coral Bay or in the opposite direction, The Harbour.

Alternatively you can take taxis, we used Chris Taxis a lot! (+357 99 90 10 20 - info@christaxiservices.com - Facebook / Chris Excursions.) Chris was fabulous! A real charmer. I’m usually a nervous passenger but he made me feel very safe. He also gave great recommendations for restaurants and escorted us there to ensure we received the best service and discounts.

Our favourite restaurant was Famacusta Village Tavern (+357 27 09 48.) If you’re looking for traditional cuisine then this is the place to go! The charming rustic setting, at the top of the hill in the village, is the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun. We very much enjoyed the complimentary glass of Commandaria (the local dessert wine) after our meal.

I would definitely recommend staying here if your looking for peace, tranquility and lots of sunshine.

Beautiful villa with stunning view!

Beautiful villa, very clean and spacious. This villa was very well equipped. The villa is situated in a quite location between Paphos and Chlorakas. It is part of small residential development.

Phil and Carol were very helpful. The welcome pack was a nice surpise. We loved our stay and will definitly book it again!

villa ellamani

The villa proved to be excellent in all aspects and exactly as the description and location IDYLLIC. The villa itself was tastefully decorated and had everything included(including a welcome food pack) and varios reading books and maps with places of interest. The price for such accommadition is very worthwhile and we will recommend very highly. A SUPERB 10 DAYS IN HEAVEN !!

Paphos is situated on the south-western tip of Cyprus, a short 15 minutes from the airport. It is both a beautiful and entertaining place, with ancient history and interesting places to visit, as well as restaurants from all over the world and shops boasting brand names at nice prices. The Chlorakas area includes small local beaches, which are all open to the public, seafront walkways, restaurants, bars and some small hotel resorts. Paphos harbour town is only a short distance away by bus or car, where the popular Tomb of the Kings road can be found (which includes the new Kings Mall), and a bit further along the Paphos harbour area with eateries and shopping.

Golf: There are several great golf courses in the area - catering for all abilities. The closest, Minthis Hill is a 20 minute drive. There is also a driving range, with a 9-hole pitch and putt course only 5 minutes from the villa.
