This luxurious, beachfront penthouse is set in beautiful gardens, with a very large swimming pool and ample areas to enjoy the all day sunshine. The gardens give direct access to the beach and promenade. The penthouse benefits from a large, well equipped terrace, where you can enjoy the sun rising over the mediterranean, as well as enjoying all your meals, 'al fresco', with the sound of the sea for company. This penthouse is very spacious throughout and is a perfect place to enjoy a holiday. The spacious lounge area has comfortable seating and a large flatscreen TV. More importantly, spectacular sea views, through very large patio doors. There is a dining area with comfortable seating for 6 people, which, again, enjoys comfortable sea views. The very large kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with 'top of the range' appliances, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The master bedroom has a very large double bed and ample fitted wardrobes. It also has large patio doors leading to a terrace and enjoys wonderful sea views. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with bath, over-bath shower, double vanity sink, and toilet. There is cupboard space beneath the sink and a hairdryer is provided. The second bedroom has a double bed, enjoys ample built in wardrobe space, patio doors leading to the upper terrace and magnificent sea views. The third bedroom has twin beds and ample built in wardrobe space. There is a family bathroom on the upper floor, with bath, over bath shower, double vanity sink with cupboard space beneath and toilet. For added convenience, there is a cloakroom on the lower level, with toilet and sink.
The very large lower terrace is furnished to a very high standard, with ample sunbeds, high quality wicker, lounge style furniture and 'al fresco' large dining table, seating 6, a Weber bbq and a parasol. A beautiful place to enjoy your hard earned holiday.

It was a really nice apartment, easy to find as long remember to read the guides they wrote - they really make it all a lot simpler. It was easy to get into the apartment with the key box. The owners were quick at answering any questions we had, and everything was in top form, and looked just like the pictures. Really lovely apartment.

The moment you open the front door you feel relaxed. The apartment is clean, spacious and airy. The terraces are enormous, overlooking the beautiful sea. You can see and hear the sea from every room.
The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. There were a few (unexpecting) essentials in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, olive oil, dishwasher tabs, coffeemaker Nespresso, ..
The BBQ was great and allowed us to enjoy a summer meal "at home". We enjoyed the pool very much - quiet and refreshing.
Internet was excellent - we watched live TV via NB
A car is useful, becouse most facilies are a short drive away 5 mins to nearest supermarket, 10 mins to Estepona town/port. The location is perfect for day trips - Gibraltar, Tárifa, Sotogrande, Ronda, ..... or golf players.
I would not hesitate in recommending this holiday let to anyone and hope one day we will return.

Great, clean penthouse, with large lounge and massive terraces both downstairs and upstairs! You can see all the way to Africa and Gibraltar! The terraces have floor area equal to the inside of the apartment. There is a grill, so there is little need to drive to town for dinner :) Acess to property is easy, but I'd recommend hiring a car. Estepona is 5 minutes away, Gibraltar / Tarifa (which is lovely) less than an hour, Malaga na hour. There is a little shop at the petrol station nearby, which is very convenient. We enjoyed our stay here very much and hopefully will come again!

The beautiful gardens give access directly to the promenade and beach. Just a short walk away, are two beach restaurants/bars. A further 10 minute walk along the promenade will bring you to the fishing village of Sabinillas, with its countless restaurants, bars and shops.
The penthouse is set equidistant from the very popular marinas of La Duquesa and Estepona, with, again, a huge selection of bars, shops and restaurants, giving ample opportunity for people watching and relaxing. Both Marinas enjoy craft markets and enough discos to keep 'party people' very happy!
The town of Estepona can be reached either by a bus ride or a very short drive. The town is known as the Garden town of the Costa del Sol, with its very wide sandy beach, its long, broad promenade and flowers adorning, both promenades and streets. Estepona town has an extensive pedestrian shopping precinct and the main square, Plaza de las Flores is a venue for everyone's itinerary. For those visitors with younger children, there is a very sheltered bay just 4 kilometres from the penthouse - Playa Cristo. This has a very broad sweep of sand, very shallow calm waters, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and two excellent beach bars.
The famous town of Marbella is just a 20 minute drive from the penthouse. Well known for its up-market shops, pedestrian, Moorish old town, as well as beaches and, of course, Puerto Banus, where one can spend hours admiring the beautiful yachts, cars and people, as well as visiting its world famous restaurants and shops.
For sporting clients, the list of amenities is endless. This coast is also known as the 'Costa del Golf', as there are in excess of 50 golf courses within a 30 minute drive of the penthouse. These cater for all levels of skill and handicap, ranging from a local 9 hole course, to the best courses in Europe, Valderrama and Finca Cortesin. With all the attractions available on the Costa del Sol, one that is often missed is the train journey from San Roque to Ronda. This was listed in the BBC series, 'Top 5 train journeys in the world. This 1 hour and 40 minute journey, goes through some of the most spectacular scenery that we have ever seen. It was built by the British to rest and recuperation for its troops based in Gibraltar.
Speaking of Gibraltar, this UK enclave can be visited very easily, from the penthouse, either by bus or car. The dolphin and whale watching, is another 'not to be missed' excursion, with some companies offering a free trip if you do not see dolphins on the first one. The journey to the Top of the Rock, with its outstanding views of Africa, a walk around the Botanical gardens, a visit to Europa point (being the most southerly point of Europe), as well as duty free shopping in the main street and square, a visit to the caves is also worthwhile. If you plan to visit Gibraltar, do not forget to take your passport!
A little further away is the very laid back town of Tarifa, famous for its windsurfing, beautiful beaches and sand dunes of the Costa de la Luz. Just 19 kilometres beyond this lies Bolonia, with some of the very best preserved Roman ruins, as well as a beach that can only be described as magnificent.
Granada, with its world heritage site of the Alhambra and Generalife, is under a 2 hour drive away (please purchase your tickets on line before travelling, as this may save you a wait in a long queue)
Also, a very easy 2 hour drive, is the wonderful city of Seville. This has so many attractions, that it would be impossible to list them in the space provided. Although, not to be missed are the cathedral and the Plaza España.

A non returnable deposit of £150.00 GBP per week is payable on booking to secure the reservation.
the balance together with either a £350.00 GBP returnable security deposit or accidental damage insurance waiver this is charged at £4.50 GBP per person, (this will give you £100.00 GBP cover per person for any accidental damage, this does not cover you for willful damage and negligent behaviour, this payment is non returnable), is due 6 weeks prior to commencement of hire.
Hire commences at 16.00 hours on the date of arrival and terminates at 10.00 hours on the date of departure.
All prices include final clean and a linen and towel change after 7 days on all stays of more than 10 days.
A beach towel will be provided free of charge for each member of the travelling party.
