Cagli is a charming small town in Le Marche region between Urbino and Gubbio, at the foothills of the Apennines. Ideal location for lovers of the real, untouched Italy, searching for amazing art cities and nature together with authentic cuisine and wines in any season of the year.

The large private fenced-in garden reserved to Garden Apartment's and Square Apartments' guests is equipped with sets of garden furniture. From April to October guests love this opportunity, unique in its kind in the monumental centre of Cagli, to relax and have meals alfresco. A 70 years old wisteria tree blossoms in May and late July giving off an intense and sweetest scent. Cypress, fruit (apricot and prune) trees and a secular nut tree provide shade in this very typical Italian garden.

Street floor cozy and fully equipped self-catering apartment (about 65 sm) with direct access to the large private garden from the dining/living room and bedroom. Comfortable and fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, glasses, coffee and tea service, cutlery, utensils, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, gas-stove and oven, fridge, rustic farmhouse dining set, washing machine. Original brick arched ceiling.

Bedroom equipped with queen size bed (which can be converted to two single beds, upon request), desk, wardrobe. A baby-cot can be added upon request.

Charming dining/living room with sat-Tv with international channels (in English, German, Spanish, French, Portugais), large sofa-bed to read and watch Tv. The sofa-bed can be open to sleep 1 additional person.

LOCATION. Bonclerici House apartments are less than 100 metres walk from the area of theatre and the main piazza of Cagli, where it is typical of local lifestyle having a glass of wine or a home made gelato at a table outside a café. The position is perfect to live Cagli on foot, for an easy and stress-free experience of its authentic athmosphere and beauty. There are also shops, groceries, restaurants where wines and gourmet specialties from Le Marche are served, and pizzerias where real italian pizza is served.

It is impossible not to be caught by the art and architecture treasures of the town: the Renaissance town hall, the Torrione, a XV century tower symbol of the town hosting a great modern sculpture permanent exhibition, the Roman bridge, the theatre, the medieval and XVII-XVIII century churches.

AMENITIES AND TRIPS. One day trips are recommended to visit Urbino (30 km), Raffaello Sanzio's native town, with its museums, the Palazzo Ducale and other masterpieces of Renaissance, or to Gubbio (26 km), the medieval town famous for the ceri run in May in nearby Umbria. About getting to Umbria, it is also possible to drive to Perugia and Assisi (80 km).

Worthy of a visit are the Frasassi caves (spectacular effects in the heart of the mountain) and Acqualagna, famous for its truffle based dishes. The natural reserve of the Gola del Furlo includes two Roman tunnels, unique in their kind (III century b. C. and I century) and archaeological sites along the via Flaminia. The villages around Cagli, rich in history and culture but mainly undiscovered, not commercially exploited, offer themselves in all their authenticity.

The mountain landscape is pure and uncontaminated. In spring the plateaux of the Apennines (Monte Catria, Monte Petrano, Monte Nerone, Monte Cucco) are a paradise of wild flowers, narcissi, violas, orchids, pink cyclamens and clouds of deep purple wild irises.

SPORTS AND OUTDOOR. Cycling is the ideal way to visit Le Marche. Information about itineraries to visit the most beautiful artistic villages cycling on roads with very little car traffic is provided in the apartments. Both well trained cyclists and less experienced ones find their appropriate routes to explore the immutable athmosphere of the area bordering Le Marche region and Umbria. Monte Catria, Monte Nerone, Monte Petrano and the natural reserve of the Gola del Furlo are the ideal playground also for mountain biking, hiking, nordic walking and horseback riding immersed in the uncontaminated countryside. The network of trails makes this region a perfect four-season destination for hiking.

For periods shorter than a week the rental fee for the apartment is 55 euros for night.
For periods between 1 and 2 weeks (example: 9 or 10 nights) the rental fee for the apartment is 340/370 euros+55 euros for each night over the week.
For periods between 2 and 3 weeks (example: 16 or 17 nights) the rental fee for the apartment is 340/370 euros x2 + 55 euros for each night over the second week.
No security bond is required. An accurate check for eventual breakages will be made before leaving the apartment.
The rental fee includes: sheets and towels, gas for cooking, electricity, central heating in the cold season (from October 15 to April 15), heating of water, use of sat-TV, free use of the washing machine (or free laundry service, upon request) final cleanings.
No local taxes are required.
An eventual third person, sleeping in the divan bed in the living room, is charged 10 euros per night.

A non-refundable deposit of 100 euros per week's stay, or per fraction of week's stay, is required at time of booking and will be paid by bank transfer. This deposit will be deducted from the total rental fee. The balance will be paid in cash on the time of arrival or by bank transfer approximately 2 weeks before the beginning of the stay (guests decide about that at the time of booking).
