About this property

The detached house is located in a private village surrounded by green Mediterranean and the wonderful sea of Costa Rei. The house is ideal for a quiet holiday but at the same time close to services and natural attractions and organized. At 10 minutes from Villasimius and Muravera consists of 2 double bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and shower, laundry room with washing machine, large veranda and garden on three sides with barbecue and outdoor shower. The house is equipped with all home appliances. Pets are welcome small pets.

Bellissima casetta

Siamo stati 15 giorni a luglio in questa deliziosa casetta immersa nel verde e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è molto curata, ricca di accessori di ogni tipo, pentole, piatti, stoviglie, macchinetta del caffè con alcune cialde, detersivi, lavatrice più tantissimi altre cose utilissime. Anche lo spazio esterno è molto curato e vivibile, è un piacere mangiare fuori la sera. La casa si trova all'interno di un gruppo di altre villette simili molto silenzioso e riservato. La spiaggia sabbiosa di Costa Rei dista 5 minuti in macchina, a piedi non siamo mai andati ma immagino siano 10-15 minuti. Non c'è l'aria condizionata ma la sera c'è quasi sempre una bella arietta fresca per cui non è un problema. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. Soluzione super consigliata, ci torneremmo ad occhi chiusi

Das Haus war sehr schön und sehr sauber, sehr ruhig gelegen und die Nachbarn hörte mann so gut wie garnicht auch die umgebung und der Strand waren Top also der ganze eindruck von allem war 1 A

Unser Urlaub an der Costa Rei

Wir haben fantastische 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus an der Costa Rei verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und der Garten schön angelegt. Grössere Personen haben sogar Blick aufs Meer :-) Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, mit allem was man zur Selbstverpflegung braucht. Ausserdem ist es ruhig gelegen, so dass man wunderbar entspannen kann. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin klappte hervorragend, wir wurden auch herzlich mit Getränken und Obst im Kühlschrank empfangen. Unser 2 jähriger Sohn hat sich vor allem über den Besuch der Katzen gefreut und war ganz traurig, wenn sie mal nicht da waren :-) wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Vielen Dank!

Sehr netter Empfang im netten Haus

Das Ferienhaus liegt in der letzten Feriensiedlung von Costa Rei in den Hügeln. Costa Rei ist ein Feriendorf, das hauptsächlich wohl von Juni bis September existiert, insbesondere am Wochenende kommen dann viele Personen aus der Agglomeration Cagliari zum Bewohnen und Pflegen ihrer Häuser. Von dem Haus läuft man über eine sehr sonnige Serpentinenstrasse ca. 20 Minuten herunter bis in das künstliche Zentrum mit Supermarkt und Marktplatz, von dort aus sind es 2-3 Minuten zum Strand. Obwohl wir gerne laufen, haben wir für diese Strecke doch den Shuttle mit unserem Mietwagen bevorzugt, denn am Strand gab es (im Juni) viele kostenfreie Parkplätze in den Zufahrtsstrassen. Das ist bei den Stränden südlich von Costa Rei bereits anders – hier werden zwischen 3-6 EUR für Parkplätze oder bereits für die Zufahrt zum Strand fällig. 2X in der Woche ist Markt, recht gross und alles zu haben. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Besitzerfamilie begrüsst, es wurde uns eine grosse Gebäcktafel gereicht, von der wir noch die Folgetage immer ein leckeres Nachmittagsvergnügen hatten. Das Haus ist sehr solide gebaut, sauber und hat Aussicht auf die Berge und umliegenden Ferienhäuser. Man konnte es sehr gut durchlüften, alle Fenster hatten sehr gute Fliegengitter. Ein sehr gepflegter Garten mit Bewässerung und schönen Liegesesseln lädt zum Verweilen ein. Nach dem Strand kann man den Sand in der Kaltwasser-Aussendusche entfernen. Die Küche ist mit sehr vielen Utensilien ausgestattet, so dass findet, was er braucht. Die Dusche im Bad ist sehr eng, war für uns kein Problem mit sehr schönem Wasserdruck. Äusserst angenehm war die Ausstattung mit Strandsonnenschirmen. Das Katzenproblem hatten wir nicht, die hoffnungsvoll herankommenden Katzen wurden den ersten Abend verscheucht und versammelten sich dann bei den Häusern, die diese fütterten. Wir hatten durchgehend 4G Empfang mit Vodafone IT. Besonders empfehlenswert war die Strandbar, wenn man vom Supermarkt herunter an den Strand gibt. Das junge Paar gab sich richtig Mühe und hatte eine nette Auswahl von kleinen Speisen und Getränken. Zusätzlich zur Miete, Vermittlungsgebühr und Tax von fewo-direkt, zahlten wir vor Ort noch eine lokale Touristensteuer von 8 EUR und für 40 EUR hielt die Familie Bettwäsche bereit, die wir dann aufziehen konnten und somit nicht mitnehmen mussten. Die Kaution wurde nach 1.5 Wochen anstandslos zurückbezahlt.
