About this property

The apartment is located in the quiet and beautiful area of San Juan de Capistrano. The large pool area is a minute's walk from the apartment, making it ideal for families with children. Free parking is available on quiet street just outside the apartment. Within the area there are also several restaurants and bars, as well as a mini market. Final cleaning, bed linen and towels included in rent.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, with two beds in each and a bathroom with bath, shower and WC. The kitchen is open to the living room with dining area and fireplace. There is also a children's travel cot in the apartment.

El alojamiento estaba en perfectas condiciones tal como ponía el anuncio, el sitio aún estando algo alejado de la playa está muy bien situado con bares piscina y tienda para el día a día.

Recomiendo esta casa

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia en casa Malmer, una casa muy limpia y muy bien equipada, con un pequeño jardín y dentro de una urbanización muy tranquila con piscina. Todo muy bien cuidado. Para ir a la playa o moverse a Nerja hace falta coche, eso sí, aunque también hay un autobús que te acerca. Los propietarios muy amables y atentos también. Muchas gracias por todo

Très bien

Nous avons passé deux semaines à Nerja qui est une ville très animée le soir. La location est sur les hauteurs de Nerja donc calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour :)
