This is a large spacious duplex (on two floors) penthouse apartment situated in an elegant, centrally located Regency Town House at the top of one Brighton and Hove's most prestigious squares. Oblique sea views can be seen from the bedroom and living room.

It has three bedrooms, a very large living room with dining area that can seat up to 12. It is the ideal location for family gatherings and hen nights. A large fully equipped kitchen and two large bathrooms. It takes up two floors of a large and very elegant Regency building. For groups over 12 there is the option at additional cost of booking another stunning apartment on the floor below which will allow you to accommodate groups up to 16 in total.

There are original period features throughout. Newly fitted bathrooms and a kitchen. Spacious and flooded with light bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Views down to Brunswick Square and the Gardens.

It is centrally located and within a one minute walk to the beach and many of the best restaurants and bars in Brighton and Hove. Almost all the main tourist and shopping facilities in Brighton can be reached within no more than a ten minute walk away including Brighton Sea life centre, The Palace Pier, The Royal Pavilion, the historic Lanes shopping area, The Theatre Royal and Kemptown.

Parking is available with this property and costs £12 per day. Please enquire directly for further information.

Great location but not as expected
A bit disappointed on the whole and felt the apartment was not as expected. It was not cleaned properly at all. Clump of hair in shower, very dirty plates in drawer, fridge stank of fish, clean sheets but some with stains on. Advertised as sleeping 10-12 people which it can however, there were not enough seats for 7 of us as the two sofa beds were the only comfy places to sit so we rotated using a dining chair, again only 8 of these. Bath towels were given but 3 hand towels to share between us all, window in one room rattled so much that it kept everyone awake . I did express my concerns with the owner who said she would address these issues and despite this,we did enjoy our stay as great location and fun

Wow very impressed!!
We was let down on another booking so continued to look and found this one ... wow so glad we did it was perfect really felt like home only stayed one night but felt like it was a whole weekend. We held a large surprise birthday gathering so the room space across the property was perfect could fit us all in and still had space to spare. It was bright and got a breeze from the large windows all around the property. The kitchen area had everything you could possibly ask for so no need to bring things for that ‘just in case’. The views are amazing of the sea and a lovely location with a brief walk to the main attractions. Beds we comfortable. I highly recommend this accommodation you won’t be disappointed. We arranged parking beforehand with the owner and everything was where it was meant to be. Helpful and informative. Thank you to welcoming us to your home.

Fantastic views to the sea
We had a very good stay for a family graduation celebration. This apartment was in an A1 location, very central. Shops, bars, supermarket and restaurants were a stones throw away. The weather was also very hot which made the fact you could have an early morning swim in the sea a pleasure coming from London. Hopefully we will come back next year.

The property is fabulous and has everything you could want or need.
It’s comfortable, spacious, light and airy. It’s location is perfect for the shops, The Lanes, cafes and restaurants, nothing is too far. My only one minor bug bare was the stairs as, the apartment was at the very top if 4 flights but,that says more about my fitness. Overall you certainly will not be disappointed with this choice.

Why they chose this property

I bought my first apartment in this building in 2006. I fell in love with this building due its fantastic location. It is situated with views over one of Brighton and Hove's most prestigious Squares with views down to the sea but yet only a stones throw from shops, bars, restaurants and a short, pleasant walk to all main tourist attractions. The property itself is also very elegant with many period features. This apartment which is the largest available to rent in the building is over two floors and gives you a great sense of space. You have a large entertainment area because of the size of the building which you simply don't get in normal house rentals. All the fixtures and furniture have been bought with quality in mind.

What makes this property unique

A very spacious property in one of the best and most central locations in the city. The property has fantastic views from every room and from the front of the building you have an oblique view of the sea and the stunning recently restored Regency gardens in the square.
