Self-catering with stunning sea views, secluded cliff top gardens and parking

Amazing sea views from these south facing cliff-top apartments at Treloen in Mevagissey. Treloen comprises of 12 one/two bedroom apartments sleeping from 2-5, each is well equipped, including free Wifi throughout the site and has either a private patio or balcony with garden furniture overlooking the bay and private car parking for each apartment (1 space per apartment ) . Situated in a small privately run apartment complex there are secluded lawn gardens, barbecue area, games room and information room with tourist leaflets for the local area.

Theres nothing more relaxing than lying in bed curtains and window open listening to the sound of the sea.

We offer the freedom of self catering, yet are only 5 minutes walk from a great selection of restaurants, pubs and cafes with a secluded cliff top position 500yds from the beach at Portmellon and many unspoilt beaches within a 10 minutes drive. Ideally located for exploring Cornwall we have many local attractions; 10 miles from The Eden Project, 2 miles from The Lost Gardens of Heligan.

amazing views, great stay

We spent 4 nights at Treloen and it wasnt enough! views were amazing, facilities were good and exactly what we expected, lovely staff around who gave us tips on what to do and see. Its great location for a very short walk to Mevagissey (great shops, cafes, relaxed vibe), or drive to other lovely seaside villages. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Treloen apartments to others. Slight hiccup getting the deposit refunded, but still 5 huge stars

Perfekt zum relaxen und entspannen.

Als erstes hat alles super geklappt. Schlüsselübergabe, Parkplatz und das einchecken.


+ Mevagissey ist ein wunderschönes kleines Fischerdörfchen. Pubs, Restaurants und kleine Läden, alles da.

+ Eine Ortschaft weiter (mit dem Auto) befindet sich die Stadt Austell. Dort gibt es ein große Tesco Supermarkt, für einen größeren und günstigen Einkauf.

+ Die Lage von Treloen ein einfach umwerfend. Eines der besten Aussichten in der ganzen Nachbarschaft. Sonnenseite vorhanden und sehr ruhig zum entspannen.

+ Sehr gepflägter Garten mit Bänken zum grillen etc.

+ Parkplatz, zwar eng. Liegt aber an der abgeschiedenen Lage. Langt trotzdem und das Auto ist sicher geparkt.

+ Ins Zentrum zu Mevagissey sind es zu Fuß ca.5-10 min. Hört sich viel an, ist es aber nicht bei so einer Aussicht und Lage.

+ Bester Pub in Mevagissey ist definitiv das Ship Inn.Gemütlich, nettes Personal, super Klima und leckeres Essen.

+ Treloen bietet neben einem Grill auch eine kleine Bibliothek mit Büchern und einer DVD Sammlung (alle Fremdsprachen vorhanden), einen Raum zum Wäsche waschen und bügeln. Einen kompl.Raum in dem man Billiard,Dart und Tischtennis umsonst spielen kann. Geöffnet täglich bis 22.00 Uhr.

Zimmer: In dem Fall Apartment Nr. 08

+ Schönes gepflegtes und helles Apartment. Zwar sind die Möbel nicht mehr die neuesten gewesen,sind aber stabil und gepflegt.

+Kühlschrank, Herdplatte, Küchenzeile, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Radio(CD-Player) und ein kleiner Fernseher, sind vorhanden.

+ 2 große Handtücher und 2 kleine Handtücher (sauber) waren vorhanden + eine Decke für die Couch.

+ Lüftung in allen Zimmer, funktionieren einwandfrei.

+ Bad + Dusche laufen durch einen Durchlauferhitzer und funktioniert einwandfrei.

- leider ist die Toilettenspülung und Spülkasten sehr laut. Man hört den Nachbarn immer spülen. Bei uns war das auch manchmal um 3 Uhr morgens der Fall, da die Nachbarn sehr alt waren.

Fazit: Haben in Trileon 2 wunderschöne Wochen verbracht, und werden garantiert wiederkommen. Preisleistung ist einfach perfekt und bekommt noch nettes und zuverlässiges Personal. Aussicht ist unschlagbar. An manchen Tagen kann man dort sogar Delphine beobachten und ein paar wunderschöne Vögel. Für Naturliebhaber einfach ein MUSS!

We have enjoyed holidays in Mevagissey whilst our children were growing up - whenever we walk along the harbour now we can still see them sat crabbing on the wall - Fish and chips beside them and a huge ice cream container full of their 'catch' We loved Treloen the minute we turned the corner and saw the amazing view . We knew then that this was the place we wanted to purchase .

In the incredibly narrow and attractive streets of the old fishing village of Mevagissey the fish cellars of the past have been converted into the shops and restaurants of today and retain a most relaxing old world charm.

There is excellent fishing from the extended lighthouse quay.

Along the shore to east and west are pretty inlets and headlands with soft green pastures and cornfields sloping to the edge of the cliffs, and beaches and coves nestling in unexpected corners.

The surrounding countryside is a paradise for the walker.

The renowned ' Lost Gardens of Helligan ' and the ' Pentewan Valley Cycle Trail ' are both within 3 miles.

The ' Eden Project ' is 10 miles.
