The apartment is the heart of Paris. Where shopping is affordable and fun, the best cafes are 100 meters Within of the two entrances, and the pulse of Paris icts trance beats. Buci town and clubs close by. An abundance of restaurants. Two parallel streets from the Seine. Lovely walks possible, though just by the St Germain metro (pink line). Taxi stand and bus lines just outside. Monoprix store next door (open till late) on the one side, Armani shop and Café on the other, Cartier opposite. Café Deux Magots at 60 meters. Extremely handy location, 1 minute from the Madison; pharmacy (open till 9pm), tobacco at 10 steps, restaurant round the corner block of Sami (60 meters) open till 2am.

One fixed twin bed; one Generously long, wide, modular and well designed couch covertible to 2 double beds, one single bed convertible. Wifi, Cable. Bath in white marble-topped bathroom. Kitchen with microwave / oven / grill / ceramic hobb / dishwasher / washing machine with drying cycle, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc.

Sleeps 2 upwards, in Paris fashion. Can Accommodate 4 comfortably. Can squeeze in 7.

Convenient location but horrible communication made for bad experience

This apartment was clean and in a nice location but the lack of communication really made it a terrible experience.

The day before check in, I became concerned that we had not received arrival information. So I messaged the owner. No response

And I had to call vrbo. Spending time on vacation in Europe from

The United States making calls from our apartment was not what I wanted to do. She finally emails me with very simple instructions to get to the apartment and call a number. We did exactly that but the person didn’t answer and we were sitting on the side of the street in Paris as it gets dark outside with our children trying to figure out what to do. I message her on vrbo. No response.

Finally a kind resident of the building comes by and asks if he can assist us. We call the check in number again and the neighbor helps us to figure out our way into the apartment. Mind you these are the most confusing check in instructions ever and even our helper is confused. After almost two hours, we finally find our way into the apartment. It’s nice enough. The one bed is a futon and just fine. The pull out is very uncomfortable but fine for the space.

When we checked in, we tried to hook into WiFi which also didn’t work. I messaged the owner who said she would work on it. She never got it up and running. Annoying because we had to pay extra to use our phones without WiFi.

Come check out, we never had received check out instructions. I messaged the owner again and she didn’t get back to me before we checked out.

This place has definite potential but until they resolve the communication difficulties, find

Somewhere else to rent.

GREAT first time visit in Paris!

This place is centrally located to the major attractions in Paris! We have a very enjoyable trip to Paris. The apartment is elegantly located on the fourth floor overlooking the beautiful courtyard. This is a very safe place with three layers of security. The apartment is managed by a very professional group of friendly staff, no problem with communicating with the property manager as he speaks English.

Overall the area is full of restaurants and shops. This gives us a very good taste of life in Paris.

We will definitely book this place on our next trip to Paris!

Excellent location, cozy and clean

Four of us shared the apartment for Euro Cup 2016, we stayed 3 nights.

Even though there is no separate bedroom, there is full bed and 3 additional pull out couches, so 4 people can easily sleep and not have to share bedding.

The host/owner was super attentive to our initial request to get some things like wine and some food be available in the fridge. Apartment is fairly small but very nicely decorated and clean, full kitchen with everything you need to prepare any meals. There is washing/drying machine as well. Bathroom and shower are decent size and have upscale feel, with all towels provided. The only downside is the water temp in the shower is hard to get right, I think the trick is not to open the flow fully, at low pressure the temp seemed to stay more consistent.

Location is another great part of this place, you are right across couple of cute cafes, there is awesome rum bar, surroundings are beautiful, there is even little garden you see outside the window. There is no street noise either, very comfortable, the Seine river and the Louvre is a 5 min walk, subway station is right around the corner as well. We walked everywhere except for taking subway to Stade de France and to airport.

This was excellent trip, I'd definitely stay in the apartment again if I get a chance to visit Paris once more. Daniela was very responsive with to all my queries before arrival. We couldn't have asked for better experience, thank you !

There's a taxi stand just in front of Café de Flore (50 meters from the apartment).

This Is Where Paris continued to come alive, as a village, after-9pm.

The jazz comfortable spots are within walking distance and Some just 120 meters away.

The little villages around St Germain are a joy to discover.
