About this property

House of 90 m2 composed of 4 rooms not overlooked, on a hectare and a half in the middle of olive trees and surrounded by greenery and oaks with breathtaking views of the plain
Ideally located in the heart of green Provence, you will find all the comfort inside and outside to recharge your batteries in an absolute calm. Many opportunities for walks and visits to the surrounding villages. You will be able to visit many tourist sites such as the lake of Sainte Croix in the gorges of Verdon, the waterfall of Sillans, Barjols and its circuit of the fountains or also to spend a day at the beach and even the Alps of high Provence with Moustiers Sainte Marie famous for its earthenware ETC ... Otherwise you can just enjoy the pool and enjoy a small rose Provence (with moderation but delight ...) Our pets are welcome with a minimum of decorum. Bed linen and towels provided as well as cleaning products.
I have recently four pullet laying every day. You will be able to enjoy fresh and organic eggs in exchange for your waste and a little fresh water. Nevertheless a person spends every week, at your convenience and respecting your privacy for the maintenance of the pool and pullet !!

Price for cleaning end of rent: 60 €

rental minimum fortnight or week but with supplement of 30,00 €

150 kw / h are granted per week. Any excess is calculated at the price of kw / h is 0,16 € full hours and 0,13 € off-peak hours.

Juste ... parfait

L'habitation était tout simplement parfaite. C'était mieux qu'espéré. Le cadre est magnifique. Si on cherche l'isolement complet, la nature, un logement avec bain, 2 chambres, du linge en suffisance, un lave vaisselle, un four, un micro-onde et un tas d'autres commodités, il ne faut hésiter à louer. Nous en tout cas, on y retournera.

Calme, beauté des paysages et sérénité

La maison est très agréable avec tout l equipement nécessaire. Les extérieurs sont parfaits avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les oliviers et la végétation typique de la Méditerranée. La piscine est appréciable pour se rafraîchir . Amateur de nature, de sérénité vous serez au bon endroit. La région est magnifique, visite de villages typiques de la Provence verte , lac à proximité ainsi que les gorges du Bas Verdon . J ai fait une belle rencontre avec Odette , la propriétaire qui nous a réservé un excellent accueil et qui a été très arrangeante sur l horaire d arrivée . La présence des lapins et des poules a beaucoup de charme. Je dirai que je me suis sentie "chez moi "et c est avec plaisir que je reviendrai.

Belle maison sur un site magnifique

Tres belle region avec multiples visites dont les gorges du Verdon de très beaux villages à visiter et un accueil super par Odette qui explique tout ce qu'il faut visiter, personne très sympatique et pleine de vitalité.

Ruhige Oase

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche bei Odette in der Provence. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet -es fehlt an nichts- und liegt sehr abgelegen. Für Ruhesuchende ideal. Wir sind mit unserer Katze angereist und wurden sehr herzlich von Odette willkommen geheißen. Das Grundstück ist ideal für Katzen und Hunde. Man findet auch bei Hitze immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Wir haben trotz über 30 Grad Ende Juni keine Klimaanlage benötigt, da die Mauern so dick sind, dass es im Haus schön kühl bleibt. Leider ist der Duschkopf für etwas größere Personen (ab 1,70 m) wegen der Schräge des Daches etwas tief angebracht, Haare waschen daher nur über Kopf möglich. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich und für tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge nicht zu empfehlen, hier hatte ein vorangegangenes Gewitter einiges weggespühlt. Die Bäckerei in Tavernes ist super gut. Schöne Orte in der Umgebung sind Banjole und Aups. Natürlich darf Ende Juni der Besuch von Valensole mit seinen Lavendelfeldern nicht fehlen. Wir können das schöne Haus von Odette weiterempfehlen.
