It boasts a luxury fitted kitchen with top of the range Fisher & Paykel appliances, designer bathrooms with under floor heating full air-conditioning, and floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors leading on to marina facing terrace with pools and marina views.

An excellent selection of Shops, world class restaurants, bars and even a casino lie, literally, on the doorstep, or take a two minute stroll to the hustle and bustle of Main Street and enjoy duty free shopping. The apartment is fully equipped, complete with bed linen & towels in addition to complimentary Wi Fi, an absolute must for uploading all those wonderful holiday snaps.

A welcome pack awaits you on arrival containing all the basics and a few extras to start you off on your holiday.

You will love the Ocean Village landscaped communal gardens, with 5 pools and 7 jacuzzi. The gardens cover 35,000 sq. ft. with lush, sub-tropical plants. The effect is to create a natural environment that flourishes all year round – giving shade in the summer and colour in the winter.

One of the pools and the jacuzzi is climatized and can be used all year round.

Ideal for holiday makers and corporate clients, also for families and couples who wants to relax in luxury settings, yet it offers plenty of tourist attractions, which are accessible by foot or short drive by taxi or bus as the bus station is a 2 minute walk away from the property.

Please note: Work on the new Ocean Village building next to this building has now started. The apartment is soundproofed so I don’t expect it to disturb anyone in the apartment.

Better than in the pictures and was absolutely lovely! Beautifully finished, and the beds were SO comfortable! We had an excellent 4 nights here. The apartment allows you access to swimming pools and a gym. And although you cannot see the rock from the balcony, the views were wonderful, especially the marina and the Spanish border at night time. I got the bedroom with the balcony. Pretty special! Would really recommend.

Beautiful apartment with a glorious view

The apartment is lovely, with plenty of room and with stunning views of the marina and across to Spain. It certainly had the wow factor! We never closed the blinds in the evening as it was so lovely to see the transition from day to night and to see the lights come on, transforming the view completely. The location is excellent too, roughly 30 seconds walk to Pizza Express, wagamama, and a tiny bit further to plenty of other bars and restaurants. The city centre is also right on the door step as is the bus station (but be aware that a 'hoppa' ticket bought on a number 5 or number 10 bus can't be used on any of the other routes).

The only negative points were that the kitchen isn't really geared up for much more than 'microwave meals', and the sofa really wasn't very comfortable. The bed seemed quite lumpy too but we slept really well nevertheless. But all that said it really is an excellent place to stay when visiting Gibraltar, the view really does win over!
