Villa offers you the privilege of staying in an elegant and full attentive villa with total privacy , seasonal external private pool comes along with amazing town and idyllic sunset views .

Is built on three levels.On the second floor there is the master bedroom with a twin bed and a luxurious bathroom. The first floor opens out to an intimate open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a small w.c. On the ground level there are two separate comfortable bedrooms with their own private bathroom each one.

Is only 5 minutes(on foot) away from the center of Parga and 10 minutes( on foot ) away from krioneri beach.

Free parking is possible on site.

The access to the villa is by slated steps and hill path (about 60 metres)

An oasis in a top spot.

This villa is a real find. A spacious and stylish house in a super position. How often do you find a villa with private pool where the beach, town, harbour and castle are within a comfortable walking distance? We preferred the small pebble beach round the corner from the town. It was much quieter. It was our first time in Parga and we were struck by the friendliness of the people. Our hosts,Christos, Natasa and children were wonderfully warm and helpful. They couldn't have made us more welcome. Our overriding feeling is of affection for Parga and her people. The house and the place have a lovely atmosphere. Thank you.

Delightful Villa

Thank you Christos, Natasa and your family for the wonderful welcome. It was our first trip to Parga and the location of the Villa is fantastic for exploring on foot the winding streets of the town, restaurants in the harbour and beaches. Relaxing by the pool was also a real treat and the views from the terraces in the day and evening are just wonderful. See you again!

Lovely villa for first stay in Parga

We really enjoyed the villa and it worked well for our group of two couples. We didn’t spend much time inside, but the villa had everything we needed and the pool was lovely, big enough to keep cool on the hotter days. Although it is a steep climb to the villa, it was fine for our group and it did mean beautiful views of Parga and across to the castle. All the amenities are close by and a stroll into central Parga at night was lovely.
