This holiday apartment in Malaga city centre is located on the 4th floor of a typical Spanish building, without a lift, it has its own private roof terrace from where you can experience stunning skyline views of Malaga. The apartment is divided into two levels, 65 m², and comprises of a bright living room with flat screen TV, sofa and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with all needed accessories, a double bedroom, a bedroom with sofa bed and a small, charming bathroom with shower.
On the 5th floor you will find the private roof terrace with dining table, parasol, two sun loungers and a small kitchenette. The terrace gets the sun most of the day and is ideal for a romantic dinner for two with the cathedral adding an attractive backdrop.
Both bedrooms and the living room offers air condition. It can be used as heating too (installed August 2016).
If you arrive by car, we can help with parking (located 700 meters from the apartment) for € 15 per day. Free internet is included.

Great apartment situated in the old city center. The owner just installed air con in the apartment before we arrived and that was a huge plus. It was really warm in August, but with the air con it was no problem. Great roof terrace with views to the Cathedral.
The two of us found the apartment spacious, light and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the day-long sunny roof terrace, with loungers and other furniture.
However, being on the top floor meant 80 steps to climb, so is not for everyone. The air conditioning listed on the website did not exist, but we were thankful for the 2 heaters provided, as the evenings were chilly.
The apartment is in a really good position, close to all amenities in the pedestrianised area. There is a huge range of restaurants (El Patio on Calle Granada for rice dishes) and tapas bars nearby. We visited several and were never disappointed.
the apartment is overall good, and solaga team is very friedly and helpful, and we enjoyed the roof teterrace.
but i want to stress 2 points especially.
first: parking in malaga is impossible. so it is very helpful that solaga team can provide a car park only 200 meters away from the apartment.
second: the apartment is located only 300 meters away from hundreds of bars and restaurants in the lively center of malaga, but the street itself where it's locatet is very quiet.
