Luxury holiday villa newly built in 2013, with a panoramic mountain view from the private, illuminated heated pool with a children’s slide and an outdoor shower, and a traditional stone grill on the generous, sun-blessed roof terrace.

This spacious luxury holiday villa is a little outside the peaceful little village of Marina in the bay of the same name, to the west of the town of Trogir in central Dalmatia in Croatia, a region blessed with romantic bays, pebbled and sandy beaches, which are ideal for a relaxed and sunny holiday away from tourist noise.

The luxury holiday villa was newly built in 2013, while the private pool was completed just recently in 2015. It provides all the necessary modern comfort. The living space totally around 100m² is on two floors and consists of a light and airy living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You enter the villa through the air-conditioned (warm/cool) living room, which provides a generous corner sofa suite, a glass coffee table, a wide digital flatscreen TV with cable and satellite channels and a USB port, a radio, a desk corner and a dining table with six chairs. There is an elegant breakfast bar with stools, separating the living room area from the highly modern built-in kitchen, fitted with all the latest appliances, including a dishwasher, a gas stove with four rings and a stainless steel extractor fan, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave and a coffee machine. There is a short flight of wooden steps leading up about a metre to the next level, with the bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the three bedrooms has a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, while the second has a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, and the third has two single beds measuring 90 x 200cm. All the bedrooms have bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with plentyof storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed of 200 x 220cm, providing a comfortable bed for two additional people. One of the two daylight bathrooms has a corner bath with a shower attachment and a washing machine, while the other has a spacious shower cubicle, and both also have a big washbasin, a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A cot and a highchair can also be provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa can be used free of charge.

Big glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto the private sun terrace and the 22m² pool, surrounded by solid wood sun loungers and parasols, and with a water slide that will delight not only children. Owing to the elevated location of the holiday villa on a hill, about 80 metres above sea level, the 550m² fenced garden affords an extensive panoramic view over the mountainous landscape. A traditional stone grill invites you to enjoy leisurely meals under a starry sky, and you can illuminate the private pool to turn night into day. Right next to the pool there is a well-stocked mini bar, with payment for drinks your own responsibility. A car is recommended during your stay, so you can explore the surroundings. Four secure parking spaces are available right in front of the holiday villa on the enclosed site.

Your holiday villa is about 2km from the nearest beach with crystal clear water and boat hire. There you can also find shops and a good selection of cafés and restaurants. It is about 1km to the centre of Marina with colourful markets, shops and a vibrant gastronomy. The historical town of Trogir about 12km away is worth a day trip. You can explore the diverse nature of the mountainous region on one of the many hiking and cycling trails very close to the villa.

Fantastic property

Great location - peaceful with great beaches nearby, a supermarket, and easy drive to Trogir, Split and Sibenik. We also loved visiting Primosten - just a short drive away. The villa is new and very well laid out, and the pool with slide was a great hit with the kids! Owner Josip was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend.

Perfect holiday villa

Perfect base for exploring Split region of Croatia, within easy reach of Split, Trogir, Primosten, Sibenik, Krka waterfalls, Zadar. Property is new and a family home, so all your needs are catered for. Josip the owner is very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Always at the end of the phone to help and answer any questions you may have. Location very peaceful and relaxing, couldn't have wished for better.

What a fantastic place

This is a very relaxing, clean and comfortable house to stay in. It's exactly as it looks in the photographs, we had a very enjoyable time. The owner Josip was very reliable and considerate. We would recommend staying!

Ein Fantastischer Urlaub !

Eine idyllische Umgebung und ein wunderschönes Haus mit Pool.

Alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt.

Das Haus befindet sich weit entfernt vom Großstadtlärm und der Hauptstraße (genau richtig zum abschalten und relaxen), aber dennoch nah genug um historische schöne Städte/Orte zu besichtigen (Trogir, Primosten, Split oder die Krka Wasserfälle ...).

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, alles ist wie auf den Fotos, nur schöner. Im Haus findet man alles was man braucht.

Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und imner erreichbar, seine Tips waren ebenfalls sehr hifreich.

Wärmstens zum weiterempfehlen.

excellent conditions, perfect house

The house is perfect, very close to beautiful towns such as Trogir, Split or Sibenik, very close to the airport and to the supermarket. The pool is great and the owners are incredibly nice and helpful. Best choice if you want to visit Croatia!
