Mimizan

Very nice house and pool. Key positives were quiet location, access to beach, excellent pool, clean and tidy house. We enjoyed the stay very much. Only slight improvements would be more comfortable seating for inside of the house. Also in terms of charging it might be better to include the costs of cleaning in the initial rental costs, and HomeAway might suggest this to those using site. However, house is strongly recommended and the owner was very easy to deal with and helpful.

Très belles vacances à mimizan

La villa est idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Elle est très confortable et bien équipée. La piscine est un vrai plus pour les petits et les grands. Seul bémol mais dont le propriétaire ne pourra rien y changer, les mauvaises odeurs circulant à mimizan qui peuvent être assez inconfortables.
