Our beautiful home is located in one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Palma de Mallorca, located on the pedestrian street, the street, downtown tapas bars, the pubs, the pizzerias, cafeterias, laundry, banks, shops, decoration even a municipal parking everything needed just 20 meters from the house.

The house has a special charm, decorated by my mother especially kind to give an excellent service to visitors, with a lovely pool to cool on hot summer days.

The house is 15 minutes walk from the Plaza Spain, the nerve center of the city, where all buses arrive from the airport or beaches.

We have done a complete renovation of the house, with new furniture, modern appliances, and all the equipment needed to enjoy a wonderful holiday.

This home is perfect, It is situated in a central district of Palma, 15 minutes from the Plaza Spain, and a pedestrian, the street, street which is currently one of the most fashionable areas, with tapas bars, pizzas, bars, restaurants, shops, and even a church.

If you want to be in the center of Palma but with the comforts of the city, shops, restaurants, public parking, this is your house, and do not forget it also has a private pool, !!! very hard to find in private house in the center of Palma.

Ticks a lot of boxes!

A lovely service from the landlord, very prompt, generous and caring. The apartment is extremely well situated, close enough to the centre to walk but far enough away to get a sense of the local culture. Everything you could need on your doorstep; shops, restaurants, playground. Close to transport for exploring the island.

The apartment was comfortable and had everything you could need including a washing machine, an amazing TV and good wifi.

We absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave.

Spacious, excellent location, good facilities

The owners obviously care about their visitors and have ensured all the extra bits and pieces that help a self-catering holiday go well are in place; the kid's loved the WIFI and the HUGE TV, the pool remained unused as we visited in January but would be wonderful during the warmer months and the kitchen contains more than the basic equipment which made cooking in an unfamiliar kitchen much easier. Safe underground parking at 5 euros a day only 20 yards from the front door. Two bathrooms very useful as is the provision of a washing machine for those travelling with carry-on luggage only.

Fantastic home with equally great hosts!

I stayed here with three friends, it was great lots of space to spread out and to get together equally. Tolo and mum greeted us when we arrived and gave us top tip of where to go locally to eat and drink definitely recommend Centro gastronomico San Juan in the Excordor centre. Tolo sent me the details via what's app. Tolo was also very helpful when we wanted to order taxis as our Spanish was sadly lacking. We had a late departure flight and as there was no other booking Tolo and mum allowed us to stay much much later than advertised check out time, I know this may not be possible during busy periods but it was very much appreciated and something you wouldn't get from a large hotel.

Mariangles Tolo and mum are great hosts and I believe they want to ensure their guests have a great experience, I wish them every success and hope to return again sometime with my family x

Wonderful place to stay

I would highly recommend this apartment, it was very spacious, beautifully decorated and in a great location. The owners were very friendly and helped with any problems we had. The location was perfect as it was a 5 minute walk from the bus station which could get you into the centre of Palma and then a 15 minute walk from the main station which could take you longer distances. Once again an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

Perfect location for a city break

This lovely apartment is an ideal base if you are looking for somewhere to stay and explore the beautiful city of Palma.

On arrival we were met by Francesca the owner who was very friendly and showed us in. The apartment was very clean and everything was in good working order. They have thought of everything you may need for your stay.

There are two double bed rooms and a twin bed room. There is plenty of storage space. The garden is lovely with the added bonus of a small pool which would be very welcome after a day of sight seeing when it's hot.

We were four ladies having a little break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We walked everywhere and there were plenty of places to eat very near by. These restaurants were very good value for money too. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Cathedral area. There were also a couple of good supermarkets just a couple of minutes away.

Mariangels was extremely helpful with the booking process and when I rang her during our stay to enquire about calling a taxi for our return to the airport. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.
