BEDROOM 1: has a double bed, 2 double wardrobes, bedside cabinets, vanity unit with mirror, cabinet, two leather chairs and coffee table.

OMG! Amazing place and location!

We spent 4 nights in this apartment. It was wonderful! from the sofa we looked out at the Basilica every evening. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere. Great restaurants within a block. Felt very safe. Erica and Keith very helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend.

It's every thing it says on the tin, easy walking distance from sights markets shops bars .. fantastic hosts very helpful and on hand if you need them.,beautiful apartment . I will deffently be going back and hopefully take me mum who is disabled but with the lift going up to the aparment it's ideal..

quiet apartment in an excellent location

Our apartment provided an excellent setting for a relaxing getaway for our four-member group. The voices of the street did not disturb our apartment even when the balcony door was open.

In the review, we lowered one star by the small and the "best before date" of the cooking utensils.

For all other things, the apartment offers luxury.

Excellent apartment for exploring Budapest!

We spent 4 nights here in February 2018.

The communication with Keith was remarkably prompt and easy.

Erika was waiting for us at the apartment upon our arrival. She showed us where everything was and explained how various things worked, answered our "tourist" questions and gave us restaurant recommendations. We were so happy to have a few pastries, juice, milk and coffee to get us started.

Location: The location is excellent. Near the Basilica (you can see it from the unit). We walked almost everywhere. Many restaurants and markets near by.

Apartment: One very large spacious bedroom with comfortable bed and large cupboards. The second bedroom was exceedingly small. It was fine for our daughter. There are 2 full baths which are next to each other, near the kitchen and next to the smaller bedroom. In order to get to the bathrooms from the Master Bedroom you must walk through the living area and the kitchen. Not a problem for us at all. There are beautiful stained glass doors separating the master bedroom from the living area. The living area is quite large and there is a nice sized dining room table. The kitchen seemed to be well stocked. We did not cook there but there was ample eating utensils, plates and flatware. We loved the blinds which blocked out all light and were easily worked with a remote.

Don't be worried by the entrance or exterior hallway leading to the apartment. It is misleading. The unit really is wonderful.

We enthusiastically recommend this unit and if we were ever to return to Budapest we would stay here again.

Owner's Response: Appreciate the review, the building is extremely well looked after and has undergone extensive upgrades throughout. The cosmetic work that remains to be done to the building entrance hall will be completed very soon. Most of the old city has undergone a badly needed facelift after 55 years of Communist neglect. It is a joy to behold the magnificent architecture that has now been revealed.

A little castle in the heart of the Budapest.

We have spent New Year's Eve in this big and cozy apartment. The atmosphere was very nice, excellent location right in the heart of the city, The Basilica can be seen from the room and the Christmas market was right down on the street. we felt great. Erika was very nice and she wellcome us wirh juice, coffee, milk for the children and a traditional cake when we arrived at the apartment. The picture can’t describe the feeling you have when you walk in this beautiful apartment. We definitely recommend it.

Thank you Keith for the informations and advices you gave to us. This place has completed our experience in Budapest.

The tree lined pedestrian streets allow taxi access etc. and has a village atmosphere but you are located in the centre of the city, very secure with every possible attraction and amenity nearby (childrens play park 75 meters) with a city park at either end of the street (2 parks). Floating restaurants, boat stations and the Chain Bridge that crosses the Danube directly to Buda-Castle and Gellert Thermal Spa is 300 meters away.
