For your comfort there are 2 separate bathrooms, one with a full bath, toilet & separate shower. 2nd bathroom has shower cubicle & toilet. Each bedroom has one top quality double bed with orthopedic mattress, in the large 36M2 Lounge/Dining room there is a proper comfortable leather bed sofa, dining table and chairs for 6 persons, super fast WIFI, HD Flat Screen Smart 3D TV & Blue Ray DVD player. The all new kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven and a Nespresso coffee maker. The rooms have high period Art Deco ceilings (4 1/2 meters) adorned with classical Stucko ornate cornicing.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in September, it was a mixture of holiday, work and dentist work. Erika is a delight and will go out of her way to ensure your stay is perfect.

There was some building work going on in the building which we had to work around, (no fault of Keith and Erika it was a delayed project on the main structure of the whole building, and they had no control of when the builders started work) the apartment is lovely. Brilliant for 2, the spare bedroom is quite small but perfectly adequate and grown up daughter stayed there very happily. Would we come again, definitely in fact we are coming back in January.

Owner's Response: The Art Deco building is 110 years old and the recently completed upgrade to the building pipes and electric circuitry is extremely comforting. It is good to know these utilities are modern and to the latest EU high standards, not many buildings are in Budapest. What is important is what you don't see !, which brings me to another proverb "You can't buy happiness but you can rent our apartment, and that's kind of the same thing." Book now, before its too late to experience Budapest living at its best guaranteed.

Comfortable and convenient

The property was very comfortable and conveniently located. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the balcony looking at the cathedral. The service provided was excellent too. The owner was very understanding, flexible and cooperative.

The Best

This has to be the best ever place to stay in Budapest. The apartment is just amazing inside and out. You could not wish to be in a more central position to enjoy all that Budapest has to offer. The streets below are buzzing but no noise at all in the apartment . We tried to fit in as much as was possible in a 4 day break. The weather was amazing, the sights were amazing and the food and wine were equally so. I know we will return to enjoy maybe some of what we have seen and some of which there was no time for. All in all one of the best places I have ever been.

Not enough space to give all of the accolades for this property. Prime location, gorgeous view of the basilica. Easy walk to the Danube, market and excellent restaurants. Two thumbs up!!

The flat is beautifully furnished and in an amazing central location for restaurants and transport

The flat is clean and easily accessible by the lift. The balcony was perfect for catching the afternoon sun and people watching at all times. Erica and her colleague Keith could not have been more kind and helpful, even when we chaotically missed our flights and arrived hours late. This is a perfect location for explorin both Buda and Pest.

We have stayed in flats throughout the world and were delighted by the excellent standard of the flat and the convenience for all services and shopping. We also loved the luxury of the fabulous main bedroom.

Thank you for a delightful stay and we shall certainly be back.

The Apartment building is from the Art Deco period and you survey all the best Architecture from your private terrace including the amazing Cathedral (Neo-Classical Basilica and Barok style buildings). You can see the Danube river and part of Buda Castle/Hills from the balcony making it the best location in all of Budapest.
