This includes Air conditioning, heating system, fast WIFI and flat screen 3D TV with multi language cable channels. The Christmas Market is held in the Basilica Square and on your door step. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge lounge/dining room (36m2), and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an Art Deco building (also renovated) with Elevator. The location is simply the best available in Budapest (as verified in our 5 star reviews). it is unsurpassable and guaranteed as the No 1 best location. Unique to this apartment is the full Basilica (Cathedral) view from the balcony. Great to sit outside for breakfast or after a long day sightseeing for a sundowner. Sleeps 4 with comfort, maximum occupancy 6 persons. For your comfort there are 2 separate bathrooms, one with a bath with shower over the bath, toilet and wash hand basin and cabinet, 2nd bathroom has a separate shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin and cabinets. Each bedroom has a double bed with quality mattress and wardrobes etc. The large 36M2 Lounge/Dining room has a large comfortable leather sofa that folds down to a double bed with a proper mattress. In addition there is a 'lazy-boy' reclining arm chair, coffee table, cabinets, original parketta wooden floors, dining table and chairs for 6 persons, super fast WIFI, HD Flat Screen LG Smart 3D TV. The all new kitchen is fully equipped including HOB, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. The rooms have high Art Deco ceilings (4.5 metres) adorned with period classical Stucco/ornate cornicing.

OMG! Amazing place and location!

We spent 4 nights in this apartment. It was wonderful! from the sofa we looked out at the Basilica every evening. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere. Great restaurants within a block. Felt very safe. Erica and Keith very helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend.

Perfectly positioned in the heart of Budapest

It was a joy to go out on the balcony and really feel you were in the heart of Budapest. We walked to all the Budapest landmarks from the Castle to Marguerite Island to the Gellert Baths and Citadelle. All the concerts, restaurants and shopping were nearby. The interior of the apartment was spacious and there was every convenience possible. We wanted for nothing.There was adequate towels and bedding and everything was spotlessly clean.

We shared the apartment with our friends, another couple, and found the apartment living area was really spacious for 4 people and having two bathrooms was fantastic. However, the second bedroom is small. Although we were in the heart of Budapest restaurant night life, the apartment was generally quiet and having shutters and airconditioning was perfect.

I would return in a heartbeat.

Was great having a balcony! View of basilica was choice. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen amenities good. Thought was put into this apt & the comfort of guests. Close to shops & cafes. Walking distance to most everything. Would rent again in a heartbeat & definitely recommend to others. Thanks to Erika for her attention to our comfort on understanding what is nearby & the apt amenities.

Beyond Perfect

All communication was prompt. I was met by a lovely woman who showed me apartment. The location was the best in all of Budapest. Every day I would sit on the terrace enjoying the beautiful views. The restaurants in the neighborhood were fantastic. Especially right downstairs. Apartment was lovely & spotlessly clean. I really did not want to leave this paradise. Can't wait to return.
