Apartment in Sperlonga, the beautiful seaside town of Lazio, with beautiful nature, crystal-clear sea, natural parks and archaeological and cultural sites. The apartment is about 100 meters from the sea, has a large garden with gazebo, barbecue, sun loungers, sun loungers and outdoor shower (as well as internal). The city center is just a few hundred meters away and easily reached on foot. The house is situated on the ground floor, in excellent condition and also enjoys an autonomous air conditioning. There are a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a room with bunk beds, a guest bathroom and a master bedroom with another bathroom. Ottima posizione!
La casa è in una posizione perfetta, a 5 minuti dal mare e in una zona servita da farmacia supermercati, ristoranti. L'appartamento è ottimo, fornito di tutti i comfort, con uno spazio esterno molto ampio dotato di una doccia con acqua calda che d'estate risulta utilissima.
Unica pecca sono i letti della cameretta con materassi e reti vecchi che possono, forse, andar bene per dei bambini ma sono scomodi per una persona adulta. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza molto positiva che consiglio.

- (Car) to the railway station Fondi-Sperlonga Sperlonga and take bus to center, get off at the waterfront.

Archaeological sites, museums and buildings of historic and artistic interest (Villa of Tiberius, Torre Truia, etc.).
Territorial and marine protected oasis where you can go hiking.
Restaurants, bars and clubs for a lively nightlife.
